One week out!!!

So I'm officially one week out from surgery and now I'm getting nervous that this ish is real. I paid in full last month and got my lab clearance today which was a major pain in the ass. The clearance manager Evelyn is super sweet and nice, but whoever gathers all the faxed paperwork needs to be fired. My labs were faxed on 6 different occasions and emailed 3 times before they final were received. Literally a 2 week back and forth process. Evelyn though was always very kind and polite even though I was hounding her everyday asking if she got them yet lol. Well I'm coming from the tri state area and I'm not gonna be 2 days out from surgery and get a call saying we need your labs redone. No time for that stress. All my ducks are in a row now. I just need to finalize what I'm bringing with me to wear. Should I bring a button front maxi for surgery day or a zip up hoody and shorts? Should I bring something to wear in case I feel like leaving the hotel? Any advice? I'll be sure to post before pics in the next day or so. I'm starting out with a 34/36 b depending on brand. I want either 500 or 550 ccs. Hopefully I'll have either time the day before or day of to try on sizers to make my final decision. I'll let Ortega pick the best profile for my frame. Anyone else out there having surgery the week of May 9th staying at the Best Western Premier in Miami? Let me know, we can support and check up on each other.

Changed to Ortega

So Emily finally called me back early this morning. I asked her what was going on with Omulepu, she told me his license is suspended and as of yesterday he is not allowed to perform surgery. What cracks me up is she goes, but your surgery isn't until May and he might be back by then??? Uh bish excuse me??? Um no, that [RS bleep] is not touching me and I'm thinking the owner of the surgery center would be smart to cut ties with him permanently. After asking about a refund I asked if who else was available on my surgery date and she said Ortega was. It's funny because he's the initial surgeon I wanted, board certified , good results. But I saw some YouTube videos of a girl who had surgery by Omulepu and really like her results so at the spur of the moment I went with him. I'll just chop this up to the man above looking out for me letting me know use your better judgment. I lucked out with having him available on my surgery date so I don't have to change my flight or hotel plans. Hope all you other ladies are able to find a good replacement if you were scheduled with him as well.

So waiting on a response....

So I was browsing this site again, and I see info about lawsuits with the Doctor I contracted to do my ba with Omulepu. The Fl doh has restricted his license??? From the action I read on the site, as of 2/17/16 he's not allowed to perform any type of liposuction which probably means no bbl either. I'm a lil freaked cuz if his standard of care is not acceptable by the doa I don't want him touching me either. I called my coordinator Emily at Spectrum, she didn't answer, but I left her a message wanting to know what's going on and to see the availability to change surgeons. So we'll see what happens.
