I wanted breast implants since I was 18. I had tuberous breast, horrible assymetry and sagging. I spent endless hours crying over my breasts.
After many consults where I was told I would need multiple procedures, I found Dr. Krau at CG Cosmetics. I had a straight forward BA with Allergan 68hp 700cc.

2 months post, NO LIFT
I want to remind everyone that I was fully aware of the fact that a breast lift and areola reduction would be neccessary to acieve the best "look". I am 37 years old and decided that I would have those procedures done when I turn 40, after my muscles have stretched so I can accomodate a large implant as well. This is why my nipple appears so low. My areola was large and herniated, this is considered a deformity and I opted not to have this addressed. I am pleased with the volume of my breasts and completely understand that my results are an issure regarding my anatomy and can be addresses when I get my lift in 3 years.

This is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. My breast are tuberous just like yours with a large, herniated areola as well. Every consult I had told me I HAD to get a lift. I even had 1 office REFUSE to do my augmentation because I wanted volume. I told them that I thought it was ultimately MY CHOICE & I would like to get the lift later IF I decide. I was flat out told that I needed to find another facility. You look AMAZING to me! Could I ask why you chose saline over silicone?!

Yes, a lot of us ladies with tubes are being told we have to get a lift and have the contraction released. Hopefully, you have a surgeon who will do what you want!

Truebeauty, honestly I chose saline because of cost. My surgeon Dr Krau (CG cosmetics) did not offer special pricing for silicone (another surgeon did), but I wanted Krau for his credentials and expertise. My implants are 600 overfilled to 700 and because of the overfill they are firm. In the future I will switch to silicone. The good news is that I have had no double bubble or complications (Thank you Jesus). Dr. Krau did a great job with me and if you want a doctor that will give you what you want, and do it as well as it can be done (without lift or reconstruction)... go to him. You do not go to CG cosmetics for a personal experience. I met Krau the day of my surgery. It was kind of scart, but in the end...he did what no other Surgeon would or could do. For $2500.
