I kept everything a secret, I wanted to surprise everyone except my bf..i just couldn't hide this from him. I've been dying to get breast implants since I finished college but I traveled abroad a lot and just couldn't find the right time to do it.
I found Dr Tim A Sayed through a friend, and the next day I was in his office talking boobs..I mean sizes, something to fit my profile (medium height, average weight, pretty normal). I saw hundreds of pictures with transformations similar to what I wanted but some looked so unnatural I wasn't sure anymore If I had taken the right decision. My PS calmed me down, we talked and talked, we took every precaution and discussed everything, including best places to buy post-op bras. He was soooo helpful, he knows a lot in the female department :P
I'm not going to describe everything I went through from day 1 till now, after surgery I was feeling ok, I was excited just a bit tired and the tightness you usually get wasn't that annoying, I got used to it. The night/morning of the third day PO was the worse, pain and didn't get much sleep at all. I wasn't feeling like myself and was eager to get passed the first week. The following weeks were ok, got more active and happily discovered my boobs were dropping and fluffing and the swelling wasn't as peculiar looking. My boobs currently look almost like they should, the final result is pretty much showing but I expect some small changes (for the better) to occur. Yeeeeyyy, full D!
