I had two breasts that were significantly different. After review from 10 or so surgeons, it was determined that my right breast was much wider than my left breast. My right breast had more volume. My nipple sat a centimeter higher on one side than the other. Also, my breast fold sat at a different height on my chest than my other breast. Regardless, I was very self conscious and my bras would sit significantly different on my chest. No bra I purchased was comfortable. Dr. Ghurani did my surgery. My anatomy did not support having equal nipple heights. However, Dr. Ghurani was able to manipulate the folds of my breast in order to give me equal breasts. After implants, you would never know that I had issues regarding to my breasts.

I went into Dr. Ghurani's office with having evaluated over 20 doctors in multiple states. After deciding on Dr. Ghurani, I can assure anyone that I would do it over and over again. I am thrilled with my results and the way that he explained things to me. Before surgery, he informed me that I would never have perfect breasts, but he would significantly help the difference in my breasts. However, Dr. Ghurani wants to set your expectations to realistic ones so that they can be met. However, he exceeds the expectations that he gives his patients. I also came in requesting for difference specifications of the surgery than the ones Dr. Ghurani suggested. After placing my trust in him, I am happy that I did. They look natural but large. They are proportionate because he is a proportionate doctor. A month after my surgery, my incision lays flat and can barely be seen. I have friends who have had their breasts done by other doctors and have much larger incisions than I do which I am also happy about. Provides proof that Dr. Ghurani is not going to make unnecessary scars on his patients. I had no pain after surgery. The worst part was having a tight feeling in my chest and the need to hold my breasts when I was not wearing a bra. I did not care for the office, organization, or wait that occurred at his office. I would give the customer service aspect of his office a 1 start. However, Dr. Ghurani made it all worth it. I did my research extensively and am truly ecstatic that I went through with the surgery. The cost of the surgery was awesome. I was a 34 large A/ small B prior to surgery. I have 350cc smooth high profile silicone implants (mentor brand) and am now measuring a 34D.

Congratulations on your new symmetrical look! Have you been bra shopping yet? Many women buy inexpensive bras for the first few months post op. Around 2-3 months post, they get professionally fitted with their more expensive, long term bras. Hoping your bras sit better now on your chest!
