I had my first BA December 26. 2016. I'm 23 years old, 5'5 140lbs althetic build. I started with a 34A, and went with 495 cc. I'm 9MPO and am feeling like it's too big for my frame. The side view projection, in my opinion, is ridiculous.

I'm incredibly stuck with this decision. I feel that I may be happier with 375-400cc but my doctor says I need to decrease at least 150 cc (1 cup size) to see a noticeable difference. He also mentioned that going down a cup size would NOT require a lift in my case. My doctor also adds 50cc to whatever size you choose to compensate for muscle compression (hence why I ended up with 495...because I liked the look of 440).

My PS is a world renown surgeon and board certified, but I'm looking for other expert opinions. I absolutely love the shape of my breasts currently, I just wish they were slightly smaller. I have not gained weight since surgery either, nor do I have stretch marks.

Is this revision worth it? I'm scared I'll end up going too small and left unhappy yet again. Or I will not see much of a difference and waste $4000+.

Would I need a lift? If I do not get a lift, will my skin bounce back or will I be left with saggy implants? Or will my implants look displaced at all (especially when laying down)?

Are my chances of capsular contracture and bottoming out higher for a revision?

Another thing I'd like to mention is that my crease's were uneven to begin with, so if I had another surgery, I'd ask for that to be corrected as well.
