20yr, 2 Kids , Saline 500cc Breast Augmentation with Lift

I did my breast around 4 months ago, and I'm 0 happy with my breast. If I could pay double to go back to how my breast were I would. And I know all girls that get breast done they are happy. I love the size BUT 1.don't like how much they have dropped seems like the actual nipple or breast lift wasn't done correctly. 2.when I bend forward you can see like a huge difference between my breast with the round difference of the implant.+ if I touch under my breast I fell like little bumps (my Dr said is because the saline) I'm so disappointed because I wanted to go thru surgery one time only and now I need to think in saving money again to do other complete surgery (that's what other surgeon told me when I went to get 2nd opinion) this Dr also told me that I need to wait 9 months after the day that I had the surgery and he will cut everything from scratch.
SO my question is: My surgeon told me that with just local anesthesia he could cut again and lift them, I'm just scared to go thru all that for nothing. Please help me and tell me what I can do. Thank you
