Explant, No Lift No Replacement - Miami, FL

Went back to Dr. Blinski for saline breast removal consultation. (He performed smart lipo on me approx 6 years ago with great results) . Dr. Blinski is a breath of fresh air! He is not your typical "robot" plastic surgeon that will tell you whatever you want to hear and try to scam you out of unnecessary procedures. I told him I wanted an implant removal, nothing else , and he listened without making feel like I was making the wrong choice. Of course he gave me options and explained to me that I will be small chested (something that I am actually looking forward to), but he made me feel that my choice was the right one. I have been to MANY plastic surgeons for consultations over the years and I can tell you that when you walk into his office you feel as if you have known him for years.
My sister, niece and friends have all been "worked on" by him and all love him!

Hello ladies, Here is my before explant picture. The left one is slightly lower and they are way bigger than when I got them 18 years ago. I am ready! I know it will be an emotional roller coaster but there something so exciting about knowing that these fake bags will be out of me.

Dr. Blinski and his staff were great. I think he total procedure with prep and actual removal was 30min. It was done under local and he was wonderful at explaining everything he was doing, as well as making sure that I was comfortable. The pulling was the worst part especially on my right breast, which seemed a little more difficult to come out. I was mentally prepared for Franken boobs so I was not in shock when I first took a peek. I am having some pain but completely tolerable.
