Hello ladies! Im 26 years old, I had my implants...

Hello ladies! Im 26 years old, I had my implants put in when I was 19/20 years old. I used to be a 32AA (sorry don't have any before pics) and now I am a 34B-32C. They were placed through nipple incision and are WATER implants. Ive been thinking of having my implants removed for about 2 and a half years. They're just really uncomfortable to sleep in (i like to sleep face down) and I just don't like they're shape. If you see the photos, they don't look natural they look un-even and just have an unflattering, sloppy shape. I'm 5'3 107 lbs. and I don't think they look good on my body shape either. Overall, I just want to be my natural self and feel more comfortable.
I have some questions for Doctors!
1. By the looks of the photos, can you tell if there is anything wrong with the implants? I ask because the shape of them look strange to me. (front and side view)
2. one of the nipples is lower than the other :( will they remain that way after explant?
3. I am concerned about scarring if explant is removed under the breast. can they be removed through nipple?
4. I am in the Los Angeles area if any one can recommend a good doctor please!
For the Ladies;
If you have a similar story, feedback is appreciated! Thank you !

I had my first consultation a couple days ago..

Good news I don't have any capsular contraction, my breast just look that way because they are saline therefore are not as soft and on top of that they never dropped so that is why they look stiff and what not. I didn't set a date yet, Im still taking in that I am going to go ahead with this procedure. Also I have to wait for my tax return, haha. Ive decided to just go ahead and do the procedure through my areola because it is less expensive and because the Dr. guaranteed the restitching of the area won't look too crazy and they will look the same as the scaring I have now.
Anyway, thank you all for your support and thanks to the Doctors that answered my questions in other posts.

Finally put in a deposit for my explant!

So excited, after 2-3 years of wanting to explant I finally put a deposit down! I found a place that is affordable and a doctor/practice I feel good about. I felt a little nervous and questioned wether I was doing the right thing but I know I am :)
I plan to have the explant late April/early may 2017. Cant wait :)
