Dr. Soler- Baillo is an amazing doctor. From my very first consultation, I knew he was my doctor. He made me feel so comfortable and just amazing, hard to describe. You have to meet him to understand what I mean. He is knowledgeable, kind, gentle, smart and a bonus with a great sense of humor. He cares for each one of his patients and treats everyone amazingly well, like you are a family member and not a patient.
I had wanted boobs and a nose job for a while. Finding a doctor that can do both well was a challenge for me. I wanted them done at the same time. I was always afraid of the unknown especially when it came to my face. I mean who do you trust with your face?! I chose him because his work was amazing for both and I just knew in my gut he was the one by how much time he spent with me and how detailed he was about what he wanted to do. He is awesome at what he does, my nose looks so natural, exactly what I wanted. I didn't want the surgical and pinched look and I still look like myself but softer. No one knows I have even touched my face, which i love. Love my result. I am still at 7 weeks post so still healing, I'm sure it will keep going down some more. He is on the conservative side when it comes to Rhinoplasty, which I like. You don't end up looking like someone else with a cookie cutter nose. More like a nose you were supposed to be born with in the first place. There is tiny asymmetry with my nostrils (one is lower than the other) which he is more than willing to fix. My nose was this way pre surgery but it wasn’t that noticeable since my nose drooped. What sets this doctor apart for me is the fact that his main concern is your satisfaction and he is a perfectionist. So he told me that he will fix the asymmetry once Im healed, no worries, no fuss. That sets him apart from the rest for me. This doctor is the kind of doctor that doesn't nickel and dime you but he is most concerned with perfectionism and above all that you are happy with your results. Cant beat a doctor that actually cares about that.
The shape of my boobs look amazing. Im still in the healing phase but week by week they become better and better. I had 440cc silicone (gummy bear) textured implants, medium profile (I believe). We determined my size together in my initial consultation, between 400-450cc. I went in there with a mindset of no less than a 400cc implant. I had heard so many girls that I should always go bigger than what I’m thinking because everyone regrets not going bigger. I was a 34 small B pre surgery. I wanted to be a D (2 cup sizes). I am about 5’2 about 125lbs, on the smaller side. The shape looks great, he did an amazing job with them. Still healing at 7 weeks, still have a little swelling and waiting for them to take its final shape as it “drops and fluffs.” As of right now Im still getting used to the foreign object in my body. That post surgery anxiety that something foreign in your body is real. It still feels weird and feels too big for me personally. I am going to give it about 6 months and see how I feel about them at that time. Your body goes through so much emotion and change that I literally have a change of heart every day. Some days I feel like its too big for me, other days I love them lol. Guess thats all part of the healing process. After the psychological rollercoaster subsides, I will then determine if I want to reduce them. Dr. Soler-Baillo is so amazing and understanding that he just tells me to be patient and give it time and if after all that Im not happy he will make sure I am. That in itself makes me feel SO much better knowing no matter what I will love my results, even if I have to do a revision.
Dr. Soler-Baillo also did one of his signature The Angle procedure on me. Ladies, if you don’t know what this is, please google him and the procedure, I promise you, it will change your face! This was developed by Dr. Soler-Baillo himself and is basically the removal of fat from the neck and jawline. At 125lbs, I didn’t think i had excess fat, especially in that area. Oh I did, plenty of it ( didn’t even realize it until I saw the after). The lipo is completely painless, no scar at all and recovery is a synch. The only “discomfort” I had was a little soreness under the chin, thats it. No down time AT ALL. But the results are amazing!!!!!! I will recommend this procedure to ANYONE. It makes your jaw line more defined and makes you look younger. Who knew. Thanks Doc!!!!!
As an added bonus to an amazing doctor, his staff is amazing too. My girl Denia is simply amazing!!!! She was part of the reason I was sold on Results MD. I met with her after my consultation with Dr. Soler-Baillo and this woman was just amazing. She answered all of my questions, she was understanding, knowledgable, kind and just made me feel like a friend. I had concerns about who would take me home after surgery, Denia volunteered to drive me home after my surgery if I didn’t have anyone to drive me. I was amazed at how much she cares that she would make sure I got home. This was literally within a few minutes of meeting me. Her customer service skills and focus on customer satisfaction is impeccable. No offense to the locals Miami but customer service in Miami isn’t the best. Denia changed my mind about that. Since I was considering two surgeries, to make me happier, she threw in as an added bonus The Angle, liposuction of under the chin (which ladies is amazing and a must have if you have excess fat under the chin). Even after surgery, Denia remained responsive every time I would call or contact her. She was always there. She made sure I was recovering and healing well. Love this girl because she really cares and is genuine.
His post op care is amazing as well. I have a follow up with him almost on a weekly basis. He checks to see if all is healing well. Still at 7 weeks post op I see him regularly. This makes me feel special, like he is with you every step of your recovery. No patient wants to feel like they are left to fend for themselves after surgery. You won’t feel that way with Dr. Soler-Baillo and his staff. The girls at the office are also awesome. Love Janet especially. They care and make sure you’re well taken care of at the office. Dora is the first face you see walking into the office and last one leaving. She is SO pleasant and sweet.

I'm so glad you had such a positive experience with your procedures. Congratulations! We would love to see any pictures you're comfortable posting. It's nice that you realize it takes several months to completely heal from surgery. Hoping you'll update us again soon with any changes you notice!
