I chose this clinic for my B/A and my doctor was Dr. Jacob Freiman.. I flew into Miami for the surgery as I live out of state. I chose this clinic because my friend had hers done 10 years ago there and she has sent many friends in for their B/A and other procedures also, all of us have had a great turn out.. I am 39 years old and I believe waiting was a very wise choice and letting him advise me on the correct size for my body shape was another great idea.. I wanted to feel female and fill out my shirts properly as after having children I not only sagged but I lost an entire size that I didn't have enough of to start with. He chose big enough to NOT embarrass my children ;) and also so I had enough tissue to cover and not experience any ripples as well, but had I chosen the smaller cc that I had thought about, it would have been too small and I would have regretted it. Thanks to Dr. Freimans knowledge I had a great turn out, I am just over 2 months and my scar is nearly gone and I have softened they nearly feel like my own already.. Thanks for giving me something I had hoped for and a great turn out completes my story... I chose 420cc Saline, under the muscle, I was a saggy A cup prior to surgery. Please remember smaller girls going big is fine but be sure you have the tissue to cover it, be smart if you want the best outcome...

My friend has 350cc I thought she was plenty big maybe even more than I wanted. When I went in for my first appt Dr. Freiman recommended 420cc because of my body shape. Thanks to him I'm happy and had I chose 350 for my shape they would be so small. My friend is very petite and I am tall with a wider upper frame, so I carry them very differently. Ladies Dr. Freiman does this enough that he can see your outcome before he's done the surgery ;) I wanted a full C small D and I got exactly what I wanted!!! Very nice Mizz G you look great as well. Did you also go to Coral G?

Thanks, no i went to a different office but around same neighborhood, its on the same street i live on about 5min away :-)

Hi I was wondering because I just got my breast done here with cgc . We're your breast small after the surgery then got bigger after they drop or did u [RS bleep] out big and stayed that size

Pictures would be awesome! Dr. Freiman is slated to do my surgery next month. I'm doing as you and flying in from out of town. My sis lives in Miami and I'll be staying with her. Glad you had a good experience with him. I've only ever had a phone consult. I've selected saline because I feel it is safer though I'm pretty small pre-op in my breast size. How long did you stay in town? I was supposed to be there full week postoperative but he isn't going to be operating my original day I booked so I had to adjust to 2 days later. Thanks for the review!

I flew from Texas to Miami and stayed with my friend who had hers done at CGCC 10 years ago. I flew in on Wednesday August 31st and had my consult with dr. Freiman on Thursday morning Sept 1st.. He gave me my scripts which I filled that day so I was prepared for my surgery which took place on Friday Sept 2nd at 7am... I went back to my friends where I slept away the day until the evening and woke up feeling pretty fabulous.. On Saturday morning her husband actually asked me if I had surgery because I was feeling great and looking very good 24hrs later. I truly had very little pain by Monday I was no longer taking the pain med at all. I went in Monday morning and had my follow up when they showed me exercises and all the detailed information I needed. I flew back home Tuesday Sept 6th and your restrictions are no lifting so I did not lift... You would not believe how helpful the men can be when you ask them, I just said I had a back surgery recently so I did not have to blurt out look at my boobs can you lift my bag... lol... I arrived home and took it easy doing my recommended doctors orders and if I had any concerns then Gelen helped a ton and the Dr. as well with anything via internet and phone. I have my followups over email now I have my husband snap photos that I send to the Dr. Freiman with how I am doing and my questions, then he answers me according to what I ask... I can also get him on the phone when I need as well. I hope that this info helps I am happy to answer anything because I know it is stressful before you go to do this... Good Luck

I did not experience any pain at all just alot of pressure for the first couple days the second day i was up and even drove like nothing ever happened I was amazed at how quickly recovery has been! Doctor gave me permission to go back to gym after two weeks, i agree with office not being the best looking or great location but everyone was very friendly and proffesional

I had mine done at that same place but chose dr marcelo ghersi because he was the only one that made me feel comfortable and had amazing reviews, I did have a consultation with freeman but didnt like him at all or how he explained things almost seemed in a rush.

I agree with the comment of Mariposa83 Dr. Freeman does move quickly, but he answers your questions and gives advice like when I arrived with the wrong cc # for the size I actually wanted to end up being which he corrected me on thankfully. I will say people are different and need different doctors so from my view and opinion and my needs I want the kind of doctor who does not coddle me or drag through appointments, which is why Freeman was a good fit he got to the point answered what I needed and I got out of there and moved on with my day... I am the kind of person that just wants to get things done. I was also other then my CC # that he helped me with... I was ready, new what I wanted, knowledgable in the product and had been prepped fully on my own research, which I recommend any woman to do before a surgery such as this. Dr. Freeman is going to be the doctor who does not sit and waste any unneeded time because he has so many patients to handle.. If you are going to Coral Gables Cosmetic for a kicked back, easy going and high end office suite then you should not choose this place.... CGCC is more like In & Out but with a very well done result.. The doctors know what they are doing and they do it well, my friend had hers done 10 years ago there and they still look fabulous.. Me plus all the other friends in between that they have done B/A for have been fabulous results.. The building is not beautiful which means the $$$ price is less because the overhead isn't so high. I for one am not interested in a beautiful office building because I do not plan to hang out there anyways plus I have better things to do with my money then pay for a pretty waterfall or higher rent... So this is my view and my experience. This is why we have many doctors and offices to choose from that suit everyones needs. My concerns were a 1st reputable doctor and 2nd awesome result, I received both from Dr. Freiman.. This is a huge decision for any woman, and you need to decide what is best and works for you personally. Everything depends on what kind of person you are, what is your expectations going in and only you can decide this... I hope that everyone gets the best result because the end result is truly what matters all the rest is just what we go through to get our new set of twins ;) Good Luck Ladies!!!!

If you go on Keller Funnel.com and do a locator search then CGCC does come up as a facility that does use this product. The best is to contact the office speak to Gelen if you want a person to contact, she was my go to contact. I would be surprised if they did not use this since it is such a great way to get a silicone implant.
