3 months post op- Breast Augmentation
It has been 3 months since my breast augmentation with Dr. Johnny Franco. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery. Since the last time I posted, my breast implants have settled in and they look and feel extremely natural. The scaring from the lift and the implant insertion has healed very well and every week they seem to disappear more and more. Dr. Franco recommended I apply the BioCorneum cream to the scars every morning and night. I feel that the cream has also helped with the scaring.

My Breast Augmentation:
During my initial consultation with Dr. Franco I had briefly explained to him I was very unhappy with the way my breasts looked. For being 25 years old, and having no children, I felt that my breasts had fallen down so much compared to how they were and they lost most of its fullness due to losing a good amount of weight in my early 20s.
Dr. Franco spent almost an hour with me walking through the procedure, his recommendations and what I could expect. His assistant took the before photos (and made me feel totally comfortable in an uncomfortable situation). Dr. Franco than used the photos to show me exactly what I would look like after doing the lift and breast augmentation. It was very beneficial for me to have the visual and the differences in implant sizes on a picture of my own breasts.
His recommendation was to do a Mastopexy lift (which is a lift done around the nipple) along with the breast augmentation. I was quite hesitant at first because I didn’t want any scarring on my breasts what so ever. He assured me I shouldn’t have an issue with the scarring, and that the scar would be minimal to non. I went in quite a few times before the surgery for implant sizing purposes (I was so indecisive!) and he was always there to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. I ended up getting High Profile Silicon Gel Implants, 545 CC and 495 CC (I also had un-proportional breasts which he fixed.)
On July 18th, 2014 the day of my surgery, I was extremely nervous! But honestly I felt so safe to be in the hands of the Miami Plastic Surgery nurses, staff and especially Dr. Franco. They were all caring, helpful and very attentive to me, so much that I didn’t want to leave home after the Surgery! Once I got home to recover from the surgery I was always at ease to know that Dr. Franco was always just a phone call or text away for any questions.
It has been about a month and a half after my surgery. I am so happy with my decision in doing my breast augmentation and breast lift with Dr. Franco. He is a brilliant doctor and a very skilled artist. I hardly have a scar and with the help of the scar cream he recommended to me I am sure I will be scar-free! I recommend him to everyone that is interested in doing any type of plastic surgery.
My Fat Grafting to the Buttocks Surgery
I was so happy with the results of my breast augmentation and breast lift that I went ahead and also did the Fat Grafting to the buttocks 5 days ago with Dr Franco. I don’t know what I’m more excited for my Boobs or my Butt! I was worried to do the surgeries back to back but I am happy that I did so. He did the liposuction procedure to my abdomen, flanks (love handles), back and inner legs. Then he transferred the fat cells to my butt cheeks to give them more fullness and boy did it work!!
The recovery is a bit harder for the fat grafting because I can not sit for the next 2 weeks or apply pressure to my butt cheeks but, it has only been 5 days and I am not in much pain.
Although I am still pretty swollen I am already seeing the AMAZING results Dr. Franco has given me once again. I will definitely be writing another review after I am recovered from this surgery!
