Breast Aug Blues... - Miami, FL

Finally on my 3rd -4th week I'm feeling wayyyy better. I can actually stretch & bend & sleep with out that pain. My boobies have dropped a bit & settled into their new home lol. My left 1 is a little higher & swollen then my right but i noticed this morning it looks better. They look & feel natural I finally posted some pics of me on my social media & only my close friends have noticed my breast look fuller. Dr. Ary Krau is amazing he did a great job I'm happy :)

I've been very low on energy & feeling numb & lost in life lol. I've been moody & even was upset I did this surgery but I've been reading on this sight how many women have gone thru the EXACT same feelings I'm having so I don't feel so alone anymore. First & foremost I'm generally pretty active. I'm used to stretching daily as I'm very flexible & believe you are as young as your spine. Needless to say having BA I haven't been able to stand straight/stretch or do much for that matter. I have 450cc so it's most likely due to the weight bc I remember the first day I woke up after surgery I felt the most excruciating pain on my chest & I felt heavy on top. i got a quick massage from a neighbor that does massages & oh my goodnesssss the amount of knots I had were something out this world. He massaged me for 20 mins & was sweating bc he was really working out the knots. Felt like heavennnnn better then sex lol but 2 days later I'm in pain again. My incisions don't hurt anymore- I'll post pics later. I've been applying neosporin on them & just ordered a silicone based scar cream but not too worried about the scars since no one can see them anyways. My boobs cover them. Anyhow I'm going to work tomorrow so I will be taking some pics before I head out. If anyone knows any vitamins or anything I can take to help me feel more energetic & happy again please leave a comment. I know the pain meds I took have serious side effects I was told to stop taking them as soon as possible so I can get that stuff out my system. I still feel anxious & uncomfortable but I'm hopeful once I start excercising again I'll feel good again... Any tips are appreciated thanks.

***PS. another reason I feel so down is because I don't really have support from anyone. I told a few "friends" & noticed their reactions were not genuine, they were interested in how I looked & was going to look rather then how I felt etc.. I live in a very competitive city so I'm trying to keep this procedure to myself don't need the whole block knowing my business & some ppl take getting surgery being insecure when in reality I'm very confident but I'm learning the less u tell certain ppl the better. I've taken off all my social media & have been getting flooded w texts from ppl wondering how I look.. Rolls eyes... Ugh back to my positive vibes... GN!

CG Cosmetics Sucks. They rushed me thru the whole process like clock work. Took my Bfs payment over the phone immediately however didn't follow up with receipt or paper work he had to sign until I harassed them for it... The price they advertise does NOT include everything as stated. I had to buy my own post op bra which was difficult bc I didn't know what size I was getting. I later found out he has a private practice in bal harbor FL. I wish I would of gone to him directly w out this clinic but then again you get what u pay for. This clinic is designed to get as many ppl in & they recruit different surgeons so it's like clock work in there.. Hated my results the first few days. The still look weird w out the bra or clothes on. They seem to hang on the bottom however the follow up Doctor (not the same surgeon Doctor) told me it will drop & look full eventually. Hope he's right if not I will have to do a breast lift as well... Very painful , worst part was not being able to stretch & move my back/arms. I've been stuff & in pain since the surgery. Tennis ball & heating pad has been helping tremendously.
