Im having my breast done in Silicon in September. I will be also doing a BBL in January. I so cant wait. Im a lil scared but i know god has me. I went back and forth between dr. fisher, and stover, but seen dr.rami work on Instagram and feel completely in love with his work. My coordinator is very nice and awnser whatever questions. So the count down has begun. I will keep everyone up dated with my journey. I also take tramadol so i had to find a dr. That was willing to accept me taking it because i just can't stop.

Day of treatment
Post op tomorrow!!
I had surgery today . I had my pre op appt today before surgery ghurani was very nice and very honest ! I couldnt sleep last night . Tossing and turning i had to get up at 6 and it came really fast. I had to have my surgery delayed because when i got there i used the bathroom and wasnt told i had to urine in a cup . After not drinking or eating for 8 hrs i had no urine . So they gave me 5 litters of saline in a iv and well i ended up getting a catheter. Right after that i was givin anesthesia and was out. I had second thoughts about just leaving and letting them keep the money. But i stayed lol. When i woke up i was cold and shaking and in extreme pain. My chest felt like it was hit with a desiel truck on fire. Leave ur compression socks on for at least 3 days or until directed to take off.

Does spectrum provide the socks I have 43 more days I'm in with ortega at spectrum so excited.... What size did you end up getting I am doing saline and I still have no clue what size I'm leaning towards 450cc but I guess the doctor will ultimately decide what cc it will take to get me to my goal

I seen another girl their for him ortega when i was there . She said that hes very good.:) and yes they provide u with socks. I just let the dr decide i kno a 400 cc hp is like a small d which is great because im usually 135lbs. My doctor was very realistic and blunt.i basically told him i trusted whatever decision he went with i just didnt wanting nothing to small of too big lol. If u never been there the building looks pretty urban and scary like a whole in the wall dr office but the staff n doctors are very friendly. Thats the only thing tjat scared me. I decided to bring my bf with me and just get a hotel for 3 days. I checked in monday and i leave Thursday. I got a great price for a 3.5 star hotel at 66$ a night threw priceline.com express deals. They tell u what hotel u booked after u book it but its rate off of stars. I got a best western plus GREAT hotel. Look in the airport area if ur getting a hotel for locations too. Its literally 10 min away. Oh and dont forget do not go pee when u get there for ur surgery because they will need a urine sample to make sure ur not prego. Trust me ur fasting and only have a little bit lol good luck!!!! If u have any questions please let me know. :)

Thanks so much for the Info girl and I appreciate it alot looked on Google maps hospital does look ragity but doc there have good ratings so I hope all is going to be OK... I'm having boobs tummy tuck and liposuction that's a big operation I'm staying for 9 days got hotel and surgery and plane tickets paid in full just a waiting game now 42 more days woot woot how tall are u..... I bet once ur boobs drop they will look bigger and more round so ur on the right path keep me updated please I wanna see how they look in a week

VERY BLOATED GAINED 10 PDS !!! FELT LIKE CRYING. I guess this is normal? I got 400 cc hp implant. I go to see dr. Rami ghurani tomorrow before i go home. I really hope this weight goes away. I feel pregnant and look 4 months prego Even if i try and suck in aint nothing sucking in any where! FML very depressing.

Dam momma u look great what are u talking ur belly from what I see isn't big ur boobs look big lol sitting very high and funny shaped but that's to be expected wait til they drop n fluff ur gonna be smoking hott.... 400cc is nice on u how tall are you and what do u weigh..... If u have any pre surgery pics of ur boobs can u post when possible I am curious to see Ur shape... Hope ur post opp goes well tomorrow get some rest it's all gonna be a blur soon u will see

Im 5'2 i was 147 now im 157 over night . I will post my pre op picture and i hope so . Do you know what size in bra is a 400 ? They had to give me 5 litters of saline before surgery so i could take a pregnancy test . Is bloating normal? Im also going for a BBL in January. How lomg until they drop?

Glad you found a doctor you like to perform your breast augmentation. Do you have to travel far for your surgery? When do you have your in person consults to determine implant size? Looking forward to your updates!
Congratulations! Glad you're getting some rest. Don't stress about the weight gain. It will take several weeks for that to gradually go away. Thanks for your updates. Happy healing!
