I went in thinking I was getting 650 and when I came out I found out I got 700. It's all about the look you want more than the cc's. I couldn't be happier! I love them so much and they look very natural and are very soft, bouncy etc...you will not regret it one bit! The first month they will be super swollen and oddly shaped so do not let that worry you at all. It's amazing how they look better every single week, especially during the first few months. I'd say, show your doctor the look you want and don't pay much attention to the cc's. I went in thinking I was getting 650 after speaking to my doctor, when I originally was researching I figured 550-600 tops...came out with 700 and I could never be happier! I went with saline after researching forever! The reasons were that the way they make saline now is with a silicone shell and I was getting them under the muscle anyway, plus I'm not a super skinny type so I was pretty confident that the result would feel and look very natural (my doctor agreed). On top of that it's much less risky health-wise and it's cheaper. My boobs are totally bouncy and squishy just like a real boob. There is absolutely no hardness whatsoever. I think this is ,again, because my figure is not bony and they are unders. However, a good friend of mine got hers done about 15 years ago and after seeing hers I almost went with silicone. Hers are over the muscle though and that is quite an old implant so I didn't let that get to me. I swear to you, I love these things and I am 30x happier than I could have wished for. Also, I am a teacher and I have no problems covering up for school. Granted, there is no hiding that I'm busty, but I don't look like a [RS bleep] star...unless I want to lol ;) Let me know if you have any questions or if I missed anything. Good luck!!!

I'm sold with one of three Plastic surgeons, Dr. O, Dr. Ortega and now possibly Dr. Freiman:) I told myself to just do a modest BA to fill the volume that was lost during breastfeeding...But now I'm like screw that! I need some Bbb's (BigBouncyBoobs)lol I would rather have a little too much then regret not going bigger and be totally disappointed. You ladies are great on here with mind puzzling questions that I thought was only my concern. Thanks a Bunch for your review and reply its much needed!!

I totally agree lol! Everyone I knew who had the procedure always says they wish they went bigger, I never hear anyone wish they were smaller

Hi! I stayed at the EPIC Miami...not the cheapest but very beautiful. I flew out on Tuesday, pre-op appt on wed, surgery on thurs, post op appt on Friday, and I flew home on Sunday. It was a great experience
