505cc Round High Profile!! Loving My Results- Miami, FL

Hello everyone about me I'm a mother of 5, 39yrs old 5'6 140lbs. I've been wanting and needing this procedure every since my teenage years, my breast always made me feel self conscious not being able to wear a simple summer top without the straps and pads, my surgery was yesterday breast augmentation with full lift. I chose Dr. Mel Ortega office in Miami Spectrum Asthetics and couldn't ask for a better surgeon he did an amazing job and made me feel at ease the entire time, I feel very confident and sooo happy to finally have this done. This past week before the surgery I was feeling nervous, excited and totally stressed of taking the plunge into the unknown, I think the anesthesia worried me more than the surgery but it was so quick it felt like you only been sleep for a few minutes and wake up a new you. The first night I didn't sleep much not due to the pain which I didn't feel much but feeling super excited and relieved.. The results so far has exceeded my expectations, I wasn't sure what size cc's to go with but didn't want to regret size and was looking to become a full D, my current bra is a 32 dd so I didn't want smaller Dr. Mel also helped reassure me the best possible outcome he is an overall outstanding plastic surgeon with the experience you can count on. When taking expertise into consideration with an added bonus of being an engineer of the arts you can't go wrong having a Picasso plastic surgeon! The office was beautiful, impeccable condition and all the staff was very friendly and by your side every step of the way. I feel very sore and have a lot of swelling this second day is much worse than the first day and I'm taking my Percocet every 4 hrs for the pain. I flew in from pittsburgh on Wednesday had my surgery Thursday had my post op visit today and will be flying back home tomorrow. I love this site and will be updating my recovery. :))

Everyday has been getting easier and easier. I never had any muscle spasms but underneath on the bottom of the breast feels numb and stiff so I started massaging and notice it has become less stiff. Swelling went down a lot and my left breast has been looking a lot better than the right breast but I know I must wait patiently for this right one to drop but overall I'm still very pleased with the results. I changed my steristrips today for the first time and everything seems to be healing well and my dissolvable staples is still there on most of the incisions.

Here is my 1 year post op update. I am still very satisfied with my results. I never had any complications whatsoever, all is well and I still feel great. It feels like my own very natural. My scars healed great no issues. The first few months my left breast was higher and didn't drop the same time as my right one so I started going to the sauna to sweat a little and that helped it to drop into place.
