As of today I am 5 weeks and 3 days out from my surgery. I am scheduled for a breast augmentation with Dr. Friedman at CG Cosmetics. I have been working through Karla, so far so good, and she has been very helpful. I am currently a 34C looking to be a 34DD after my procedure is completed. I have yet to speak with Dr. Friedman himself but I am flying into Miami two days prior to meet with him. I will be updating how that goes. I will also be uploading wish pics as well as before pics after my procedure has been done. Sty posted.

Lift or No Lift?
I am now 3 weeks out! I have a few days to have my surgery paid in full but I have been considering getting a lift. Everyone has told me that I am too young for a lift (22 yo) and that after I have children if I then decide to get a lift then that would be just fine. However, I want my breast to stand on their own and I also want that perky look. My plan now is to get round moderate plus implants 420-450cc overfilled to 500-510cc. I'll attach pics of my breast. Please share your thoughts!

One of us has just downsized because she ended up with very full DD which she didn't enjoy , wehaveliftoff, as far as I remember, is her nickname

Ok, what meant is that she ended up very big though she chose small implants.

I hope to go 375, I'll find out what my ps says, I'm 5.6, 110-112 lbs, had 335 anatomical before , explanted 3 weeks ago , reimplanting in 3-6 months.

You will be much larger than a DD. I started off with less breast tissue than you and got only 400cc, and I wear a 32DDD/30FF. That being said, bra sizes really aren't important, what matters most is that you get the look you want :). One thing to consider though is that the heavier the implant, the faster they sag.
Do you know your breast width? I'm not sure which manufacturer you will be using but 500cc in mod+ is generally around 14cm diameter.

I am not sure of my breast width but I do know that I don't want to be bigger than a DD. Being as though I have a good amount of breast tissue I may just go with a 400cc implant overfilled to 450cc. Of course with the guidance of my plastic surgeon we will see how that works out. Thanks for your input!!

Day of treatment
The twins have been delivered!
My surgery is done and though at the time I am writing this review it has only been 7 hours since.. They already look amazing. I am so excited to see what they will look like in the long run. Before surgery he marked my breast as 530cc for the right and 500cc for the left. I am not 100% sure of how big they are because I was not given the card stating what size and what each implant was filled to, I am expecting to get that tmrw at my pre-op appt. The pain isn't nearly what I expected it to be, it feels as if I have been lifting heavy and there is a bit of pressure.

They look nice. I think i saw you today, when i walked out the elevator and u got in, in the wheelchair. Not sure tho lol. I wish you a great recovery

Thank you, Hun. They are saline. I am on my way to my post op appointment right now as soon as I find out exact CC amount for both breast I will be updating my review.

Haha I love them. Saline implants also run larger and in my own opinion are much safer.

:(. My upper belly was not liposuctioned so it is protruding . I feel like he rushed thru my surgery because they were running behind. Just want you to be prepared for the likelihood of disappointment....
