I am looking to go from 32A to 32C (full) and I am not sure how many CCs to finally choose. Between 325-375 CC (mod plus?) I want a natural look, not too high up, more tear drop shaped. I am 5'3, between 105-110 lbs and 22. My surgery is scheduled in June with Dr. Salzhauer aka Dr. Miami. Would love to hear suggestions and experiences. Leave a comment!

If you are looking for a natural look and fits with your body frame...find a good certified PS THAT will di your measurements and tell you his or her honest answer. I'm 5'2" and weigh 115 lbs and just had mine done low profile 300cc due to my skin cavity. Though I wanted 325cc but my PS said he wouldn't do it if he thinks it doesn't look good on me. One week post op and I'm already happy with the result and glad my 7,200k was well spent on a good judgment PS. Good luck!

Thank You! What size did you end up with?

Went with my PS recommendation 300cc low profile.

Forgot to mention that I'm from an A cup to a 34C now. If you want a lil bigger and doc said it's ok to do it..I would go 335 or 350cc max in my opinion

From your photos your breasts have a pretty shape but it appears that there is a slight asymmetry, which, although very common, certainly needs to be taken into account both by your plastic surgeon and by you. Your surgeon's measurements and your consultation with him should result in a fairly narrow option of implant sizes that would achieve your goal. Once you feel confident that your surgeon and you have your goals and sense of aesthetics aligned, it is ultimately a leap of faith on your part that the result will be all you had hoped for. If you feel confident in your surgeon and you have done your research, you should get a terrific result which you will hopefully be very happy with for many years. Once very helpful step is to provide your surgeon with photos of what you consider to be your favorites or "ideal". The other very helpful step is to try on shaped sizer forms that you can wear with an unpadded bra that will give you a fairly accurate idea of what you can expect to look like with, say, a 350 moderate plus versus a 250 moderate, etc. If you have any remaining reservations or simply need more reassurance I would suggest a second consultation with your surgeon. If you are still not 100% sure you can always seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon who is skilled in aesthetic breast surgery. Best of luck to you.

Dr. Kalus, thank you for taking the time to write this feedback, I highly appreciate it! Ultimately I am trying to decide if 325CCs is right for what I want, or if I should add on a few more CCs. I want to look proportionate and natural, but not too small! I'm afraid 325 CC won't take me to a full C cup. Thanks!

Looking forward to follow you! I'm having my BA on March 24th. 310cc under the muscle, round implants. Only 16 days left, so excited!

And moderate profile

Hey :) I'm almost the same stats as you, 5'4, 105-110lbs, 20 Yrs. Similar amount of breast tissue to start (185cc to be specific apparently according to the vectra scanner) I ended up going with 295cc, surgery was yesterday but I'll have pictures uploaded throughout my recovery if you want to keep an eye out :)

Thanks! Love your results :)

I'm 5'4, 105 lbs, and 21 years old. My ba was on Friday! I was originally a 32A and told my ps I wanted to be a full C/small D cup. He gave me 425 cc's in both. I'm happy with the results even though it's only 4 days post op. I have pictures on my page if you'd like to take a look. Good luck!

Thank you all for your feedback so far. I am posting a couple of better before pics so I you can give your input and opinions. I really love hearing them! Again, I'm trying to get to a full C, but very natural. My doc reccomended 325 cc mod plus silicone but I want to be sure I should go a bit bigger (perhaps 350 cc?)

I'm only doing 310cc, both my friends with silicone have under 300. One with 240cc and the other one with 280cc. They both have a D-cup and was the same size as you. I'm afraid being top heavy if I go any bigger. Going for a natural look :)
March 8, 2015
I afraid of being too heavy as well, I am very skinny and not as tall! But at the same time I've seen girls with my dimensions get 325cc or less and they don't look big enough. I'll probably stick to my docs recommendation at the end of the day, he's amazing. But I was curious to see what other girls my weight and height look like and what they are getting! Thanks for your feedback!

Your doctor knows best :) You can follow me and see my results in 16 days with 310cc
March 9, 2015
Hey love, you are in great hands with Dr Miami ;) I am 3 months post up from having BA with him I got 400CC HP, VS I am 32D (which they run small, so I am guessing I am 32C in regular stores). You can check out my recent post so you can see how natural they look. You have more to start off with than I did. But my opinion will be go with the highest 350 ;) So you won't have the boob greed. =) Its not as big as we all think it will look, trust me I was scared of going 400. Thought it will look HUGE But its not at all. =)
March 9, 2015
Go bigger! Lol if your already thinking it you should it. I wanted a natural look as well but I am bigger than you I think, I'm 5'2 and 135 lbs. Doctor said I have broad shoulders so I could go bigger. I did 492 mod silicone and I think they look great! Very natural but I wish I would have went a little bigger. So I say go for it! Good luck.

What incision is your surgeon doing? I have small areolas like you and I've had 2 consultations from different surgeons and they are recommending different incisions
April 29, 2015
Hi sorry for the late reply. I am doing it through the areola because my surgeon insisted is the best. I trust him but I am a little concerned! I'll post my results as soon as I can for you to see. Thanks!
March 26, 2015
Hi, I'm around your height and weight and was also worried about going too big. I got 350 and 375 and they're not big at all. I was starting with a B cup and not nearly as nice as yours. I'd say go with larger size. You can check out my pix. I haven't updated recently but will shortly.

Very cool! I'm going to go try this now, lol. Im seriously considering switching to Dr Salzhauer. Just curious, was there a long wait to get in and have your surgery? I just emailed their office and I'm awaiting response, I'm looking to have my surgery may 19-21 and hoping they can get me scheduled! Thank you for sharing your story!
April 13, 2015
Technically he is booked till December, BUT they usually find a way to squeeze you in to a much sooner date if you ask. also they have a waiting list and things come up all the time. The staff is super nice and helpful, and thankfully a boob job isn't a log procedure so they do their best to work you into your desired date! They did it for me. Good luck!

Hi they look great. Sorry for my ignorance but what is reshape R. You will
Awesome when your surgery is done :-)
