Sooooo haven't been here in a while I've been on Insta meeting more sx sisters and dolls. But I have finally decided to go with Dr Fatima Almonte. Kinda. Communication with her / her assistant has actually been pretty good. Especially compared to Duran. I reeeeealllly like Dr Cabrals work too. Like love it. He makes some bombbbbshells he's really good at booties. His chin liposuction amazed me on insta. But I love Almontes tummy tucks and her work on thicker girls.

sexintel wanted 2 know. It's not a very known procedure I guess I've never heard of it neither until a few weeks ago. Earlier I was just wondering if DR tummy tucks include this as well? An American doc recommended it 4 me.
