Second round bbl revision with dr. Moises Salamas

I am 5'1 n was 118lbs after my first bbl 3 years ago... N now I am 135lbs .. I gained weight mainly because of this second round... Although I have gained quite a bit but I still have that curved waist but my upper arms got fatter so I'm going to do the arms for additional cost.. I will let u guys know my preop measurements soon n of course update post measurements as well..

I have had a Bbl before once by dr. Rami Ghurani 3 years ago because dr. Moises salamas was booked a year full so people suggested me to go with dr. Rami Ghurani which was his partner at the time... One of my butt cheek was very hard a certain spot which was caused of dead fat... At first we thought it was an infection because it appeared red at the area... He prescribed me many antibiotics to hopeful get rid of the infection but it was still red so I had to fly back to Florida from all the way if California so he could take a look... So it appeared that the fat in the area was dead so it wanted to go out somehow.. So he made a small incision at that area n so the dead fat got its way out... It keeps leaking a lil everyday until it's all out... Then overtime the incision closed up like any scar... But the area was still hard until 3 years later it's finally soft but left me an indented butt cheek because of the leaking dead fat...

So this time I booked a year ago for dr. Moises salamas which I should have waited n gone with the first time for a second round revision... Mostly to fix my indented butt cheek n if possible make it a lil rounder.

Flying out Sunday night n have my preop Monday n surgery on Tuesday... I am very nervous n kinda scare to go through it again because I already know how tough it was... Hopefully everything goes well n I get the result that I wanted after 3 years of waiting to have my dead fat to completely feeling soft n normal...

New pics r in. Finally taking some new pics after coming home. I didn't want to take everyday cuz it doesn't really make a different, maybe 1-2 times a week is good enough so u guys can see some changes. Oh yeah I just measure myself today and it is 37-24 1/2-37 1/2. I forgot to measure before surgery so dunno the different. The pain on my butt the other day is from a bruised on my butt. The redness doesn't cause any pain. Bruised n redness r getting better. Dr. Rami gave me more antibiotics n even stronger one to prevent infection. I sent him some pics but he said it doesn't look like an infection or anything just the irratation for the skin. Well I hope everything will be fine n happy healing. I really like my result. I feel so good being naked or dressed. Thx to dr. Rami. U r the man.
