Second round bbl revision with dr. Moises Salamas

After googling and asked on purseforum about BBL. It shows that DR. Constantino Medieta and Dr. Moises Salama are the top two surgeons. Although I am from California there aren't any good surgeons here. Both of them seems to have lots of good reviews.
Dr. Constantino seems to be a little more expensive however he is having a great promotion for the month of march and April for $9899 with maximum 4 liters of liposuctions in any area but first target is the stomach and back first if not
Enough then he would go to others areas that we wish to do next and so on. And his next closest available date is march 26.
As of Dr. Moises Salama, although he only charges for $8499 for the BBL but it's only for the stomach and back area addition $500 for thigh or arms and $250 for chin. However his next available date is not until November which I don't want to wait that long.
I wanted to do sometime in march or April because I am kinda fat now. I've been gaining quite some pounds after my vacation to my country. I am 5 feet and currently weigh 113lbs. Gained about 7 pounds the past yrs because my boyfriend kept eating late at night and snacks all the time and most important is I was too lazy to go to the gym.
I sent my pics to both doctors and they both said I am a great for this however they both said I should gain 5-7 lbs for the best results.
Recently I have read some reviews saying that dr. Constantino s work has been not as great as it used to be and plus He wouldn't do revision got free if anything goes wrong therefore his available date is so soon compare to dr. Salama. I wanted to go with dr. Salama but his is booked until november n I want to get it done asap. I am very tired of my flat bottom. I am always feel insecure about myself. I was going to get this done 4 years ago but I was scared that it won't last and I wanted to wait after a baby and then get it done. However I haven't have one yet and I don't think I will have baby anytime soon so I decided that I should just get it done noon. It's what I have wanted for so long. I don't want to wait any longer.
Nancy then told me that I should go with dr. Rami ghrurani. I searched about him and see that some of his work is pretty good especially with asiangotbooty. Nancy said that she has the exact height n weight as me, however
She already got some booty to begin with rather than mine pretty flat. However I dont want mine to be as big as her so it's all good.
Overall dr. Rami grhurani seems to have a quite good reviews but I feel that he do it right, change the way I look and change my life. At first nancy said that first available date would be April 4 but I asked her if there is anything sooner than that she double checked and said she could squeeze me in for March 20. Wow that's like only 3 weeks from now. After all my questions and concerns for her I decided to booked that date before someone take it. Oh yeah, going with dr. Ghrurani is a bit lower than dr. Salama it's 7799 but I planned to also do lipo on my thighs, arms and chin as well because I don't want to be thinner in one area and chubby n others. So might as well but i will decided that Oma face to face consultation to see what dr ghrurani thinks where I should and shouldn't do. And it's going to be another $1250 for all of that btw.
Now after the deposits to secure my date. I am starting to feel nervous, excited and scare at the same time because I know that it is going to happen for real this time n I just can't wait until that day.
My life will be so bored for the next 2 months. No alcohol or cig ( even stay away from where has smoke) (secondhand smoke). Ahhh I guess I have to sacrifice all that for my booty. Come on I can do it.
Oh yeah I have heard that jaica and baby88 is going to have bbl with dr. Ghrurani on the same day as I am. I hope we can shares infos and support each other ?
