Botched Surgery! Worst experience ever! Beware - Miami, FL

Look I'm scheduled for surgery with this man March 30th and now u got me really concerned....do u have any after surgery photos in ur garment fresh off the table....do u realize we come to this site to read reviews of real ppl who have had experience or have had surgery from the doctors we are seeking treatment all this play a part in our decision u have to understand when u give a bad review u have to have pics to back it up at least a before and after nobody is trying to be rude, discount, or discredit you. This is I'm sure the majority of women on this site first time even contemplating plastic surgery it's definitely my first time contemplating it after 2-sections and gaining all this weight, we all know no plastic surgery is going to be perfect it comes with good and bad, but we all have to remember u can't to have a Beyoncé or Kim K body if we don't put in the work or have the money to make that happen or just settling u we have to our part too . However, we r trying to make sure, well, I am that I made the right decision because honestly it don't look like he did anything to u nothing and I don't want my end results to look like this so pls understand where I am coming from and to be honest u can go to his reviews and start with the lowest rating to the highest rating and those few women who have had a bad experience has pics to prove it and t You can also tell they had work done

I want to thank you for continuing to post despite all the petty ignorance I have seen here the last few days ! People seem to forget that it's much easier to post pics when you're happy and proud of your body than when you feel disappointed and unhappy with how you look, especially after your experience. I know Dr Ortega is running some specials right now, I have looked at it as I am considering some work and they do good work in Miami. I will certainly hold off on this until I see how they make this right for you. PS, if you have your own before and after pics it does make your story more believable to some (if you read other reviews they always clamor for pics, even the first day when the patient is throwing up etc, I kid you not :/). You are very credible to me already, as I had previously heard pretty much the same as your story, def enough to make me question booking. Good luck!

I am appalled. Girl I feel bad for you and I hope he does the surgery again the right way.. for FREE! Forget all these negative comments. I can't lie Dr. Ortega did an awesome job on me my ass is still super phat and he should have gave you the same treatment. SMH... Wow I can't believe he did this to you especially after all that money.

I can tell from the scar in the middle of ur back and the top of ur butt that u had the procedure. My little scars are in the same place. I hate u had those results and wish u luck in ur redo. I'm still waiting to see my results cuz I'm only 2 weeks out. I'm a bigger girl like u and know that this surgery is a hit or miss. I hate some of the ladies are giving u a hard time. I think its because u didn't start ur review intil u decided u didn't like ur results. Most of us start our reviews before surgery and give updates throughout the process so when someone gets on here just to talk about bad results the "Ortega dolls" are gonna come for u.

What is Dr. Ortega's explanation for why you look this way? It's obvious one cheek is smaller than the other I don't blame you I'd be devistated 5600.00 is a lot of $ and not to mention the pain involved with liposuction. Why is he charging you 1500.00 to revise its obvious something isn't right. I've had my share of disappointments but a good surgeon will make good on them no surgery is a gaurentee. I'd like to know what his explanation is and why he wants to bill you again.

I actually tried gaining weight after my surgery to try to fill out my butt more, but my butt still looks flat, lumpy, and my right cheek still looks odd
