Hello ladies it’s been so long I changed my mind 100 times but this time I’m serious I’m going with dr Chang at spectrum I have to lose 20 lbs by March 10th my date is March 17 so basically I’ve started straight way no juice or spray for two weeks and no red meat in two weeks also now I’m trying to do 2 smoothies a day and one meal and suggestions to lose quicker ?
