Service at CG Cosmetic Was Horrible!! - Miami, FL

so it's been 6 months and the results are stable by now. they're about what i expected. i may consider a 2nd surgery in the future cause i would like my behind a little bigger, but it's better than pre-surgery.

i filed a complaint about CG cosmetic with the better business bureau last week. yesterday i got a call from tatiana at CG saying she read the complaint and asking to call her back. i called this morning, was put on hold, and the line got disconnected. i had to call 2 more times and repeat my name over and over before i was finally able to reach her. once again, it doesn't help that a lot of the staff, like tatiana herself, speak limited english. i told her the story; she asked for info about the male nurse and told me he wasn't a nurse with CG. she said he is dr. ortega's assistant and he was asked not to return to CG due to numerous complaints. she kept going on about the same issue and then when i tried to ask why i was put in the wrong garment and suggest that there's a lack of communication between staff, she kept returning to the subject of "pablo". i finally got so frustrated with wasting my time that i said "good-bye" and hung up. that's all it accomplished- just wasting even more of my time.

so far i am happy with the outcome, but i won't be if my butt gets any smaller. i will post an update if it does.
