Round 2 with Doctor Palladino @ Mia Anesthetics Miami

soooooo! I am at it again i know i know any of you girls that have had it the first time around feel that pain and say wtf would anybody want to go threw it again but...BUT! when you come down off that pain and you look and see that you can go a little bigger and your first doctor already set out the blueprint of how your finale outcome would look so you say hey why not, which is what brings me back to realself for another update on going under the knife one again...before i went with Dr Alvarez it was okay but the fat on my back was still there and i didnt get the hips that i wanted he gave me some shape but not what we had agreed to i went in to ask for a revision threw him and he asked for $5000 i rejected the price and locked in with palladino for the special price of $3,750 the waited all the way until i was weeks away from my surgery to have me to do my labs which came back in there requirements as low so then they told me I would need cell saver which is 500 more dollars so in total it came out to $4,250 I am still hesitant on paying the $500 so I am waiting to see dr. Paladino on June 14th which is my pre-op meeting with him to ask him personally if he thinks that I need it since I'm already cleared for surgery as being healthy enough to have it other than that I am booked for June 15th and already ready to go my first surgery I was 190 lb my height is 5 6 my BMI was at a 30 at the time of my first surgery after that surgery I had gained weight all the way up to 210 lb I don't know if it had to do with not eating properly or your body starting from the fat that was took but I restore the fat pretty quickly after that surgery so ladies if this is your first and last surgery you still have to watch what you eat take care of your investment by working out I would say do push-ups and arm exercises basically upper body exercises try to avoid any exercises that consist of you losing half your body fat if you are healthy and happy of the way your body looks after the first round or else you would lose the weight and your booty will shrink or gain the weight and you're fat in your stomach will come back depending on how much was took out to begin with if it's your first surgery Do not sit do not lay on your investment wait the week that your doctor has asked you before you put pressure on your investment if you're reading this you know just like I do how much the surgery cost so don't ruin it this surgery I am still 5 6 LOL I am a 195 lb I stopped eating red meat I don't eat pork I don't eat beef I stopped eating Seafood nothing but chicken and vegetables and fruit so that might explain my lab results which is 11.8 and dr. Paladino wants you to be a 12 or higher I don't know how true the cell saver procedure is and if the doctor really uses it and if it is worth $500 but that is something I will investigate and I will update you on if I paid for it or not but as I was saying this time around I want Fuller hips I want my hips to be bigger than my butt I want my butt to have some projection but not overwhelming projection I want a flatter stomach and back and I want this to be my last go-round so hopefully he takes care of me cuz I don't want to be back LOL I have all my surgery garments add boards lumbar boards lipo foams Arnica Gel disinfectant wipes disinfected body wipes that I bought from CVS I don't care for a scar revision treatments because the scars will fade and they're so small where if you were to wear a bikini they're not that visible either way so I will not be wasting my money on that I have extra strength Tylenol for before surgery I have 800 mg ibuprofen after surgery I will be picking up the prescription that doctor Palladino will have for me just in case neither of the pain medicines I already have is enough to take care of me while I recover but yeah round two on June 15th I'm ready to go and can't wait will update with pictures oh before I had any BBL after the first round how I look now and will update what pictures after my second surgery Palladino so stay tuned if you need to know what else that you need for this type of surgery please View my first review I have all you need for surgery and that review if you're traveling from out of town I don't have any advice on that because I stay in Miami Florida

I called mia to ask if i can retake my labs with them they told me if i want to wait a few days for the results it would be $75 if i want them the same day it would be $90 so i said ill do it for the $75 since i have a few days till my surgery date i took it on friday june 8th got it back today and guess what ladys??? it went from a 11.8 all the way to a 12.6!!!! im soooo fukin happy im not paying the $500 i aint have it to give but i do have it for the massages which would be $150 for 3 and my package came with a free massage with garment so that is 4 in total yay! what i did was i took liquid iron 250 mg it say to take 20inc of a cap full a day i took 40 i had 1 pill of folic acid with 1/2 of an orange all on an empty stomach i did that for two weeks up until i took the blood test and it worked i don't eat red meat i only eat chicken veggies and fruit so you can see how hard i would have been without my iron so if you have a few weeks to play with i mean even if you have a few days save yourself the money for the cell saver and double up on your iron and retake the labs threw mia if you need the iron information i will post it for you till next time baby dolls!
P*S...you need to get your iron from the vitamin store or get the max out of the milligrams you buy in other places if not try getting 300mg from your doctor they dont sale it any higher any were else the iron i got here is a 250ml it works way faster then the pill and it dont give me any ill feelings.

So today i came in got my pre-op set up payed off my balance got 3 massages booked for after surgery which i know is going to hurt like all hell but hay its worth a shot since i didnt have any the first time around and now all im doing is sitting back waiting for my phone call to tell me when my surgery time is set for i picked up my perks anti- nausea pills and anti-bacteria meds today other then that im just finna just chill i washed all my belongings so everything nice and clean i cleaned my whole house from top to bottom so there shouldnt be anything else to do after surgery but to eat sleep and chill just get yourself ready before had i have two kids and once again this is round two i did this before so i know what im up to face in the next coming days just hope the massages work out for me cuz im not wit no added pain if u can wait to do them take your time me i just want it out the way but yea 06/15/18 im in the building!!! these are photos of me before any surgerys after my first bbl and how i look a year later from the first round i will add the how i look today with my new bootay tomorrow...or tonight depend on how im feeling any way im also posting everything that will be used this time around nothing major but you know till next time dolls! p*s if i think of anything else ill post it other then that this is your all star starter pack!
