BBL Revision and Tummy Lipo Re-touch - Miami, FL

I am going in today for a full reduction. The revision work was good, but I want an overall smaller butt. Dr Salama was very accommodating and added me in on his surgery schedule. He wants me to be satisfied and that makes me love and trust him even more. I started a new review on this procedure so you guys can follow my reduction journey. Wish me luck!

I saw Dr Salama for my Dahl after surgery follow-up. He's never seen me with makeup on. He was like, "I did not recognize you, you are a totally different person" he thought that I was in the wrong office. ????! He looked at my butt and my stomach, said they looked fine, all except for the lump on my stomach. He wants to do a cat scan on Monday to see what this lump is. In his opinion, he thinks that my muscle in my stomach collapsed at some point. This is not something that he caused. He wants me to let him suture the stomach muscle, but I am not ready to be messing with my stomach. I told him that my husband and I want to get pregnant soon, so after the pregnancy, I will do a complete mommy make-over. He agreed to wait but is concerned about this mass on my stomach. I really love how he's a perfectionist. He wants his patients to be happy. Speaking of ...I emailed him yesterday and asked could he make my butt smaller BC its still too big for me. I know that I'd only paid for a revision, so that's what he did and it was a great revision. He quickly responded to me and said to call him on his cell on Monday and he will see if He can work me in on Tuesday for another surgery. He said its a complete reduction surgery, so I know I will have to pay to change the entire look and I'm willing to do so. Dr Salama saw me the day of surgery. He said, "now that's a big ole booty"! We laughed and then we consulted. He agreed that I needed a reduction on the lateral and lower gluten. He said I dont have a shelf and I didn't need to make changes to my upper butt. We both agreed on the markings. I am recovering well, no drains, no nothing but a body spanx body shaper. Since he only did lipo, he said that I can sit on my butt immediately, that was so refreshing to hear! I will post pics soon, but so far, my butt looks amazing!
