I need to lose some weight my BMI is 30.8
So I called vanity today spoke to Amanda she tells me that my BMI is high I need to lose some weight I was thinking about the oatmeal diet and the gallon of water a day do anybody know a great way you can lose a couple of pounds real quick thanks ladies

This is crazy.....they want everyone to lose or gain weight. Is anyone the correct weight? A couple of pounds you can do with a cleanse or detox right before your surgery. Likely you will feel better recovering not having toxins in your body and full of vitamins. Never heard of the oatmeal and water diet. It makes sense because weightlifters live on oatmeal. My son is a bodybuilder and it is all oatmeal, protein, sometimes peanut butter and water, water, water.
