I must confess that I havent been exercising as I should. I've been working alot and at work I walk alot but that shouldn't count as exercise.
Dolls, what exercise routines have you been doing to maintain your shape?, fajas that dont leave funny dents? Waist trainers?. Any input would be helpful.

Lost a lot of volume but my friends who dont know I had a surgery and havent seen since before the surgery all made comments on my booty. My waist however is at a 26 now. Thinking about round 2, maybe in DR but I'm scared. Plus I dont know if I want to put my body through this pain again.

So, I'll be 3 weeks on Tuesday. Christine snatched that waist but I still want more ass. I guess that booty greed is real. My ass is going down faster than I expected and I've been very careful about sitting down on my bbl pillow. I've also been having weird muscle spasms in my ass.
My back is super numb and I start swelling 45mins after I take off my faja. I still use the boards and faja to sleep and I'm getting used to sleeping on my tummy with the help of sleep aids ofcourse.
I've started getting velashape treatments to smoothen out my tummy. Hopefully it works. I'll keep you updated.

Thanks doll! I'm also thinking about round 2 girl! But 1st I gotta wrap my head around the pain and discomfort. I keep telling myself it wasnt that bad plus the way Dowbak got me, I'm like where on earth would he get the fat for round 2.
Maybe my arms and inner thighs? Cuz there is nothing to take from this belly and back. Hell I'll even have him take fat from my boobs to put in my ass and have implants later.

I know right! Right before round two, you can gain weight. My girl did. She went from 145 to 160 just for round 2, bawdi is SLAMMING. She said, to have the body you want, plan for round 2 off the rip. I'm planning on it
