So I finally decided to post after reading reviews for almost a year I'm 5 1 171 lbs my surgery is scheduled oct 29 so if there is anybody going around that time let me know my doctor to be is Hassan I have everything I need tickets room I just need to loose 10 more lbs so any helpful crash diets let me kno

So for the past week I've been basically starving myself I drink. A gallon a water a day n only eat fruit n small pieces of chicken to help me fill a lil full n I tell u not eating really destroy your mood I'm mean not in the mood for u kno what n all I think about is eating but I have to do what it takes but I have lost 7 lbs in 5 days so I'm not complaining just 10 more lbs n I'm there I'll post pics of me soon

I know you wanna loose the weight but stay healthy Hun at the same time as that recovery is some else make sure you are eating some veggies green leafy ones at the very least jj smith juicing really works and dr Ian actually work you still can eat and loose I just wanna make sure you healthy first good luck

Yea I will start eating very small salads I think that would help I've been drinking protein shakes here n there n I eat meat daily just not much

Don't starve yourself! You're putting your body in survival mode and once you do eat the weight will stick like glue, trust me, been there done that. Just eat smaller portions through out the day. Good luck hunni

Plz don't starve urslef you don't want ur body to go into shock while in surgery just eat clean and workout

I honestly don't think I'm that big but doctor wants what the doctor wants 10 more lbs n I'm ready set go for the 29 th anybody going that date

1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans green beans
2 lbs. Carrots
