Sooooo nervous but excited I have to loose 20 pounds. I just started I was 181 and now 176.4lbs... I need to be at 158 by nov 30 or it's not happening.. I am freaking out... I lost 6 pounds the week of oct 17 lets how much I loose this week will keep everyone updated....

Has there own specialty.. my first surgery was for weight loss purposes a tummy tuck and breast lift .... very satisfied.... now I have chosen dr fisher to sculpt the rest of me.... like I said before I am real nervous

Weight loss struggle
I was told today if my bmi is not 31 I will have to reschedule... at this point I have 2 weeks are am not going through with it because I got the time off from work my plane ticket is booked and my room...

Labs are no good
Omg I got the call my hemoglobin is 11.3 and should be a 12.... what the hell can I do in a week. Before my next lab draw on nov28....anyone help
