NEW BODY RECOVERY (MONIS) & BBL Experience Dec 2-10, 2015. Miami, FL

First and foremost, I've been a nurse for over 7 years, LPN, RN. So my standards are very high when it comes to hygiene, food quality, medication management, cleanliness and infection control precautions. Therefore, after extensive research, I knew that I wanted to stay at New Body Recovery. The only reason I'm writing this review is because Real self helped me with that decision, So thank you, to all the ladies that took the time to post. Now after 9 weeks is that I had the time to seat & give Moni the review she truly deserves. When I first spoke with Moni, she was warm and funny. I got a little worried cause getting close to surgery date she did not respond to my emails. I'm very anal, so I like people to respond within 1 min lol. She was very detailed about everything which was very important to me. After I gave the deposit ($55 I believe) throughout paypal, she send me a confirmation email with details of the remaining balance and services she will be providing. The week before the surgery I send her my flight info and we coordinated pick up, drop off times and any questions I had. . Once I arrived at the airport she picked me up and the moment I met her I knew I hit the jackpot. I read people for a living so first impression means a lot. She took me straight to Vanity and was with me the whole step of the way. She helped with the garment, choosing the right size is vital! and explained what was going to happen next. Moni has more knowledge then all the Vanity girls put together, SO PLEASE LISTEN to her !!!! We stopped at the bank, I payed her the remaining balance of my stay and I end up owing her like $25 and she made a joke and said "well, your not going anywhere anyway for the next 8 days "lol. She also payed in advance for my meds. I end up paying her the following Monday as soon as I felt better & got to the bank. The reason I mention it is because she wasn't greedy and demanding her money , so that showed me a lot about her character. When I got to the recovery house it was spotless, huge and beautiful, pictures do no justice. Her sister Rachel, is a nurse, LPN so we connected right off the back. She made me a delicious sandwich the best I had in my life! My room was nice, clean, spacious , I settled in and got a tour. Moni gives your own room key, privacy is key and I shared an upstairs bathroom , which never felt like we shared. It was awesome. Every time I would leave the bathroom or my room they will clean it. They change the bed linens like daily and have a board in the door to remind you and them when you need to take your meds. After my surgery, I was in pain, Me & the other girls kept saying how in the world people be getting revision! Pounding headache, sore, dizzy, vomiting , that anesthesia SE was real !Trust me when I tell you I thank God my butt turned out the way I want it because I would never go through a BBL again.! Moni and her sisters were angels. Evendoe Moni is not officially a nurse, she is finishing up school, In my eyes she is one. The reason I say that is because throughout the years I have worked with many nurses and there are not as knowledgable in their craft as Moni is, she is going to be an excellent Nurse, just like her sister. I rather have her then any of these nurses I work with as my nurse any day. She pampered me all the way and the other girls that were there. They answered my bell like every min, but sometimes they didn't come as fast as I would like them to come (remember anal me) lol, but I understand from a medical perspective she also wants you to help yourself, ambulate Post surgery , she want's you to recuperate as much as you can before she sends you back on that plane, so I get it. So Moni will pamper you but she also push you to get better and manage on your own, cause you only have but so many days with her. Aside from her spectacular care, she went all the way to walgreens to get me a chair, she had to fight like 100 people for the chair lol, but it shows you how far she would go to make you feel comfortable. She gave the same treatment to the other girls. She also takes your VS routinely. Her meals were out of this world , the meatloaf was everything , Hmmmm i'm gonna text her sister for recipe lol. This BBL was hard, but Moni and her staff made it tolerable and memorable. If you read this review, Moni, Rachel and Tracy Thanks a million, you guys made me feel so welcomed and took care of me at my worst. I met gained great friends and a family! I will forever be grateful for your hospitality, laughs, and everything.
