I def need a flatter tummy slimmer waist and plump round butt. After 4 kids I deserve this for myself. I'm 5' 4" 174lbs. Still have to lose 4 more pounds. My procedure is Oct 6th with doctor Hasan. His work is truly amazing. I need to be Hansified. Just did my blood work yesterday and had sent over to vanity. I'm staying at A&R with Rosemary. Flight booked round trip from Chicago caught a deal 177 round trip. Just so excited 20 more days left

You got everything in check and ready ..... we have similar measurements, Im 5'4 1 was in the 170's dropped to about 167. You have time to get it off. Congrats on your journey.

I havent weighed this week we will find out tommorrow. You can do it. ....its the calories you take in....stick to three meals a day veggies protein. Heaviest meal in the am- breakfast and lunch. Light dinner. Two snacks in between meals /fruits or nuts. Drink lots of water. Fitnesspal app is good too, Helps with tracking. You can lose up to 2lbs a week ... the healthy way . They called me to come in at 5:30 am....Ill post what my final weight is.

My opinion hotels are not good for aftercare. This is a major surgery im staying at A&R recovery home I have heard good reviews

Vanity swear up and down they haven't received my labs they sent them off yesterday and today plus gave me the confirmation number to show me proof it went through. Good thing I asked for a personal copy I took pictures and sent to each of their emails and my patient portal. Fingers crossed ladies. Trying to stay calm

See thats why I dont bother going through the fax....all they gotta do is get up and go look its an efax I believe..... I think they are making some changes to staff in the office...I send my documents through the portal and keep a scanned copy near just in case they say they dont so I send it right through as Im on the phone smh!!!
