You look amazing! Awesome results doll. I have some questions for you if you don't mind. Did you have any drains? How was the pain from your arm lipo? How was your flight home, seating? How long did you have to wear a faja, lipo board, ect? How long before you sat down, returned to work? Thanks for sharing your journey :)

Thank you! No drains and he likes to keep the incisions open for 2 weeks but most of mine closed within a week. Arm lipo was VERY painful and my arms still look big plus they're lumpy now too. I might add them again but I'm afraid of saggy skin so we'll discuss them at preop. My flight home wasn't bad..2.5 hrs nonstop. He gave me a note which i showed the attendants..i highly recommend wheelchair service and i just stood the entire time. I used my bbl pillow whenever the seatbelt light came on. I wore my foams and triangle for 2-3 weeks. I didn't have a board but am getting one this time. I wore my faja everyday for 3 months and still wear it occasionally now at 10 months po. I returned to work and sat on my bbl pillow at week 3..I didn't sit on my butt until week 5/6. No problem love.. good luck to you!!

Thank you! I didn't have any drains. The arm lipo pain was the worst..it's been over a year and they still burn on occasion. The flight home wasn't bad..it was only 90 min but I'd recommend wheelchair service and using your butt pillow. I alternated between standing, kneeling, and sitting on that. For rd 1 I wore my faja for 3 months, for rd 2 I'm shooting for 6 months to a year. I wore the foams for 3-4 weeks but still wear my boards sometimes and I'm almost 5 months po. I sat at week 5 and went back to work after 2 weeks. I wish I could've taken 3 weeks off but my fmla was denied this rd. Hope this helps :)

Dr. Ghurani is an amazing doctor. He is so down to earth, honest, and delivers fantastic results. I had my bbl done in Jul 2017 (360 and arm lipo). I love my new body but have a case of booty greed. Hopefully i have enough fat leftover for my round 2 (Oct 2018).

The bbl with arm lipo and cell saver $6500 minus travel, lodging, and other recovery expenses. The round 2 with arm and thigh lipo will be $4500.

Thank u! I think $8000 would've been plenty but he went up on his bbl price so now it's probably closer to $10000.

Hi? How many months post op is your pic. Im looking for 6 month and 1 year pics for him. I did have a bbl and my butt is flatter than it was b4 surgery from a different dr. Im only 5 months post op and im so disappointed.

That's some bs..I'd be so pissed. Im thankful i didn't lose much and it's bigger now because of this round 2 weight gain. I'm 10 months po and will add some recent pics to my review

Hello I’m considering a lipo 360 and bbl. I’ve read so many stories of women going for round 2? But no one says why.You look amazing why are you going for round 2?

I'll write a detailed review when I get home but I couldn't let another second go by without shouting out Nurse Josephine. SHE IS AMAZING!! She is beautiful inside and out and made me feel at home during my stay in Miami. She is always prompt, professional, and truly an advocate for her patients. Originally, I only booked her for surgery day but she intuitively decided to stay overnight with me at no charge. And thank God she did because I couldn't have handled the drama that ensued the following day by myself (I'll write about this later). She invited me into her home so I wouldn't have to recover alone...all of this at no charge. This shows how much she cares about her patients and how far she'll go to make sure we recover safely. Since staying with her she's washed my soiled garments etc, provided home cooked meals, and helped me stay on top of my medication. I feel so blessed to have her helping me through this recovery process because it isn't easy. And it'd definitely be impossible if I didn't have Nurse Josephine around.
