After three years of research, I finally decided to go with DR FISHER for my surgery.My coordinator Anna/Ana.ily was the most stressful patient coordinator I have ever dealt with and I STRONGLY do not recommend her.She was so attentive when she wanted to convince me to pay the full amount for the surgery and the moment that I did, it takes her days for her to reply back to me .BAre in mind, the time difference is 5hours so that meant I had to stay up till 12am or 1am(in Miami about 17:00pm) to call her just to get an answer. In December 2016,I received good news from her that there has been a cancellation therefore I can have my surgery done in JANUARY.i was so excited and I packed everything including sending my Bloodtest results to make sure everything was okay and everything seem to be going well.Booked my recovery house,paid for visa,took days off work ,booked my flights,vitamins,necessities and garments for this trip.ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THREE DAYS BEFORE !!YES 3 DAYS!!before I travel that my haemogoblin level is 9.5 so therefore they won't be able to continue with the procedure.I was so angry and disappointed "like are you kidding me".I sent it to them weeks ago and you choose to tell me 3days before I travel !!They kept apologising but sorry won't clean up this mess.kmft.I didn't even know what to do..but I had to stay strong and sort myself out. The recovery house I booked,massages,visa,flight ticket was NON-REFUNDABLE and I couldn't afford to loose that money so I have no choice but to email them my situation and plead with them to reschedule the date when I call them back.I requested for a medical letter from this patient coordinator ANNA to send it the flight agency and she sent it with no attachment.I have contacted her via email several times and I didn't receive it so I've LOST THE MONEY for the flight ticket because I was given 24hours to reschedule.*sigh*Lesson1: if you see your patient coordinator is acting dodgy after you have paid her the surgery mine.DO Not be AFRAID to request for another person from their manager it is not worth the stress I went through.Moving forward I contacted my gp(doctor) and the waiting time to see him was in three weeks(12/February) I can't wait that long so I've decided to go private and messaged a clinic (UK BASED only) and they have requested for me to come for a consultation ..I'll keep you updatedOh I've decided to go for DR HASAN saw a video of this lady on YouTube.

So I got my surgery done: 13th/April/2017
Procedure:Bbl
Doctor: Dr Hasan is very charismatic and he definitely knows what he is talking about. Yes and he answered all my questions including those about the previous burns I've seen on other posts.
I didn't have any wish pictures as I didn't want to give myself high expectations. I just told him 'I'm top heavy and I wanted to be balanced out" so he should look at me objectively and sculpt me the way he sees fit!" In my opinion, he did!
How I got my haemogoblin high?
Went from 9.5 to 12.1.
I had iron transfusion with a clinic called

I also had to constantly resend bloodtest results to eresmiami(imagenes) which cost a lot of money.

My UK women-Nothing is supported by your GP if it isn't under NHS. So
Lesson 2: be FINANCIALLY ready to pay the cost for private blood tests and for other things too.
Recovery house: miamixscape
Dr hasan didn't give me drains so I was bleeding through my incisions constantly. I don't recommend it cos you smell all the time of blood and you have to keep changing your bed sheets n dressings. DAni(miamiescape) was amazing,she helped me to get dressed and was there at all times when I called her. she is very positive and gives you on your space when you need it.sometines she comes across irritated but don't take it to heart lol. Oh She definitely loves Dr.Blinsky talks about him and compares everything to his work lol.
Massages: medical massage (AMAZING).
Plane ride home(13hours): I bought the bbl pillow but that helped for a lil bit. But the problem is you can't sit on it for too long . I literally cried in the toilet at one point cos I was so uncomfortable and in pain because of the compression garment and foams. Halfway through my journey, I took the foams out and that seemed to help.
Took some paracetamol(Tylenol) n consistently force myself to sleep or if I had strength, stand up n walk around.
When I arrived to london, I went to the bathroom n put the foams back then continued with my journey.
Post op massages:
When I arrived in England, I was very swollen and really stiff.i knew I needed more lymphatic massages but the problem was the technique. Let me elaborate, medical massage has their own way of draining whereas in England,those techniques are seen unethical when I explained it to them. So what I did was I contacted Mariam from medical massage and linked the website to the place I had chosen to do my massages to get an approval of their methods.luckily, she agreed and I started them.
On the day of my massage, I was to told I have develop haemotoma"-due to excess liposuction causing scar tissue so I needed a few sessions to help heal it- hasan snatched every fat from from my waist).i read online it's not life threatening but it's takes a long time to heal so patience is definitely a virtue
.To deal with the swollen parts of my body- I stick to anti-inflammatory foods , vitamins and water!.
Vitamins with-bromelain,turmeric and ginger is HIGHLY recommended!! Is done wonders for me.
