Ive been so stressed due to final exams in school and I haven't had time to lose the weight before my surgery. My BMI is a 35 and needs to be a 31, I have no idea what to do and I with two weeks left I don't think it is possible. If anyone has any suggestions on fast weight loss or if you would like to switch surgery dates please let me know asap.

Try the 17 day diet . You lose 17 pounds in 17 days . If you google it , you will find it . It works very well. And also the miltiary diet

My surgery is September 19th with Fisher if you need to switch let me know ASAP. Try your best to stop stressing out, stress causes most of us to gain weight (some people lose weight but not me). I know people who tried the military diet and was successful, give it your best shot.

I went through this as well I went on a liquid diet and for 12 days and fasted for 3 days nothing to eat or drink was one lb more then where they wanted me to be which they didn't mine the day before after I left I pigged out gained 2lbs when they weighed me day of they still did surgery sense Bmi was still 31 I doesn't have to be a exact weight
