If I could give this clinic negative 10 I would. It is absolutely horrible, first of all they were not communicating with each other at the clinic they called me 10 times a day about the same thing , they over charged me after I paid everything with 2000:- dollars more , like HOW you gonna overcharge someone 2000??? , you never got a response from them when you needed it could take days for them to answer your email even if you called to the clinic and told them to call back they didn’t, now what really pisses me off is they cancelled my surgery 2 days before I was supposed to fly out ??? Because they wanted me to be able to get ANOTHeR blood work done in one [RS bleep] day?? Like how you think I’m gonna be able to get blood samples ANd get the results the same day before I fly out ??? I’ve been told they do this often , they overbook surgeries and then they cancel just to be able to take out a fee on their patients , so money for free to them right ??? I lost so much money so far from this scamming ass clinic , they took a fee of 400 , when I asked why ? They don’t say they just said they were gonna refund the money in 21 days ?????? They quick as [RS bleep] to take the money but to pay back ?? Oh noooo , then on the 15th of December one women died during Dr. Valls surgery , who was supposed to be my surgeon , it turns out this clinic has changed their name 3 times because of numerous deaths and bad reviews !!! That is why it is important to let people know it’s the same clinic as previous one in Miami where people died at. They don’t have the certifications they claim to have just look them up on BBB and research this place and doctor and you will find the truth !
