Like many of you I am on this site day and night. Trying to collect all the info I can. I am 24 5'7" and I'm at 210. My weight has always been like a roller coaster. The smallest I've been was 167lbs back in 2009. My max weight was 250. (During pregnancy) after that I just can't seem to loose weight like I did before.

Welcome to rs! I am fairly new to joining this site, and am so happy that it exist. You'll find it to be very informative and very helpful in your decision making process. Most of us rs sisters are very supportive of each other. I am also looking at Dr Salas and Dr Fisher at Vanity. Both of them do really good work at a fraction of the cost that the other popular Dr's charge. Good luck on your journey!

I agree, it would make it a whole lot easier! All of us that are going to Vanity for bbl's in the near future, and have been in the recent past, will be those pictures that we are looking for now for future rs sistas! Lol

So my day now will start at 4:20am. I started my diet and attend the gym at 5:30. I weighed my self today the scale said 215 lbs. Dr. Hasan and Dr. Salas recommended me to lose 20 lbs. I am in this for the best.

Recovering

I am recovering today from Thanksgiving.... I ate too much the past few days. I am starting to eat right, My cousin lost so much weight drinking the Special K Breakfast Shake. So I decided to try it I'm not going to lie it dose full you up and not make you want to eat. It's back to the gym tomorrow I have to loose 20 lbs before sx.
