Looking for Input As to What I Can Expect for BBL with Limited Fat. Miami, FL

Here is an idea of look Im going for.

I had my BBL in Miami and went back to original flatness before 12 months. I learned the hard way. Soooo, after 2+ years of contemplation, I am getting butt implants done on March 30th with Dr Morea. I am very excited but clueless as to how they will look. I read sooooo many differing opinions from Drs on gluteal placement as well as read through sooooo many different results on each of those placements. Each placement method of implants has great and not so great results. No matter how many times a Dr copies and pastes his same letter of sub muscular recommendation under each question asked by realselfers. Even with those Drs, there are many complicated reviews as well. With that said, I choose Morea for the subfascial placement and I am leaving my trust in his expertise, experience and proof from incredibly satisfied patients that this will be the right placement for me.
I am 5'6, 122lbs and we have decided on 460cc. My fear is that this will be too large? Its hard to tell because I dont know the measurements of patients who had posted reviews on having that size. I am trusting my Dr, however Im going to of course obsess in the meantime, this is a big decision.
