8 week post op, flat spot in butt

Hey girls, I haven't been updating cause I've been wanting to see how this flat spot is turning out and it's not looking so good. I have a major flat spot on my right cheek that gets flatter and loses more volume every other day. Not only that but there's a long hard mass under the flat spot that I'm afraid is fat necrosis. This is my 2nd one and I was hoping my last. I wasn't even going to consider a 3rd time but the difference between two cheeks makes me feel really insecure. They'll probably have to take the hard lump out and it'll be even smaller than the left.

Hello, I'm 4 weeks and one day today! On Dr Calvas website there's post op instructions for every procedure he does and it says I can start sitting at 4 weeks so I sat in the car yesterday without a pillow and the fat feels very foreign, like I'm sitting on water balloons in my butt or something lol. I think I'll wait a little bit before sitting because it's still uncomfortable but here are my 4 week and 1 day post op pics. My swelling has gone down and my butt is still 44.5" I hope I get to keep it all. I haven't been measuring my arms but you can see in the pic that they look A LOT smaller :)

U were so worried at first but look at that shape now that some of the swelling went down. U look perfect, can definitely see the difference and ur hips are a m a z i n g. This makes me even more excited for my round2 to get this pudgy-ness out from my upper abs! :)
Thank you!! After I eat my puffiness at the top abdomen is still prominent. I don't know if it's due to it swelling or what :( second round is more difficult but DEFINITELY worth it. Good luck to you sis I can't wait to see your new body :)

Sorry for the last post I was so angry and upset. I'm getting happier with my results. My butt is still HARD, it's not rock hard but if you touch it, it feels like someone is flexing really hard with no fat. SURPRISINGLY, it's jiggly!! And I'm excited because it already seems a lot jiggly than pre-op even though my butt was soft. I'm gonna upload some pictures and a slow motion video to show you all how jiggly it's getting. I don't know if it's appropriate to not wear underwear but I wanted you guys to see the full result. If it's too much just let me know and I'll take it down because I don't want to offend anyone. (SORRY THE APP DOESNT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD VIDEO!!) ALSO!!! My seroma is basically gone. I woke up this morning with like a small bottlecap size of liquid leftover from my seroma. And all the lumps and unevenness on my crotch has smoothed out drastically. It's so crazy how the body just KNOWS how to heal itself so well.
