I had surgery July 9th with Dr. Ghurani and I couldn't be happier! I'm petite and was nervous that I wouldn't get the butt that I dreamed of but Ghurani gave me a perfect hourglass. My butt looks amazing and huge!!! I will add pictures once I take my drains off. This was my first surgery and I would like to thank Claudia for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is my favorite nurse at Spectrum because she goes above and beyond. As for Ghurani not only is his work beautiful but he has an awesome personality. He is a true artist and I can tell he loves what he does!
P.S. I thought my butt would be hard in the beginning but at 6 days post op it already jiggles ? My boyfriend is in love.

I am so glad to hear that. I have been checking out BBL's on real Self and Dr Ghurani is my top contender. I can't wait to see your pictures!
