Future Dr. Hasan Doll! 11.27.2018
Hey dolls... I am looking forward to a new me...
Well... after many years of deliberation I have finally decided to do something for myself. I feel I was at a point in my life where I used the words "It is what it is" when it came to how I feel about how I look. I feel if your going to feel that way about yourself then you have failed yourself, because you can care less. Oh no girl...no... We are not having that! With that, my reasons to go on this journey is not to lose weight, but to gain the self confidence I once had by having my exterior match up with how happy I feel on the inside. Since I have made the decision to move forward with this upcoming lifestyle I have appreciated my body which has been refreshing. My strongest concern about myself is my shoulders. I am an inverted triangle body shape so my bottom half doesn't necessarily look proportioned with my top half. And it may not look as bad as how I am explaining it. However, it could be that I have wide hips (which is a bonus).
Losing weight after I took HCG (women's weight loss program) I lost weight everywhere including my butt. That was rock bottom for me let me just say. I felt it only encouraged my concerns of being physically imbalanced. However, let me also just say one thing I have a love hate relationship for my thighs. The hate factor would only be that it rubs against each other, but with that it's not even hate just someone that always gets on your last damn nerve. It's like, Jeez Luiz BRUH! Get a room already... If you have thick thigh's then - girl... you already know. I also appreciate how I have big hips. I feel it needs shape to it and volume but overall i'm grateful.
Well.. I'm assuming I do because after watching Chene Monique (I love her video's - Thank you girl) when she measured her hips it was at a 44 I believe. Mine is currently at a 41 1/2 and I don't have a booty to accompany it. Plus I also lost weight in my hips. I was at a 44 a few months ago. So that means when I get my B O O T Y A Y it will be at a whopping... I need an extension to the tape. lol... I'm kidding. I'm not looking for a Kim K. If you are then "You go girl! You work that butt"!
Getting back on track to sum this baby up my booty shape goals is the upside down heart with curvy hips. YAAASSS GIRL!!! My surgery date is this November the 27th of 2018. Your girl is a future Dr. Hasan Doll. I was going back and forth between which Doctor to chose but I have made up my mind and it is officially Dr. Hasan. Done deal bay BIH!
If this is of interest to you and would like to watch me go through my journey then let a girl know. I always appreciate when a woman shares her experience for all us future dolls to get a perspective on what to expect. Very helpful... at least to me.
xoxo

Prepping My Body For The Big Day...
Since I had secured my deposit last week I had done nothing but planning to the "T". One of my concerns involved low iron. Since I was pregnant with my first child my iron levels were extremely low. 7+ years from then I possessed the same issue possibly even worse with my second child. Thankfully, I came across "antoinettehenry" self page and being that her concern was similar to mine I had decided to go shopping for the same types of vitamins for the very reason of unsurity. I pretty much didn't know where to start when creating my vitamin list.
The helpful part of her page was that she mentioned that she was told multivitamins thins out the blood. That is apparently a concern because the goal is the complete opposite. Helpful for me to know being that, that was one of the items I planned to purchase. #noMULTIVITAMINS. I did some research myself, and came across an article from Doctor Kenneth E. Morgenstern in which it had explained how taking too much Multivitamins thins out the blood. In addition to, Fish Oil. This was an eye opener for myself as it was yet another vitamin I planned to purchase. That's a No - No. Getting to the nitty-gritty the items I will purchase are, 1. Iron pills 2. B complex 3. Folic acid 4. Cranberry Juice 5. Collagen Powder Ladies & Gentlemen please keep in mind Iron can make us constipated. With that, if you don't purchase Iron Pills that states "No Constipation" you may be susceptible to purchase a stool softener. We don't have time for that. In addition, Mrs. Cranberry because she assists us with preventing a UTI. With all the H2O we either consume or plan to consume and/or by taking our daily vitamins we may use the restroom frequently. I know for a fact I need this on hand as my job has times throughout the day where I don't have the opportunity to just give myself time to visit the restroom when nature calls. With that I am, "Team Cranberry". Lastly, is collagen powder to help my skin get to that next level. I plan to take this post surgery (if Dr. Hasan approves) as well to assist with my skin health, then. On a side note I will be posting a vitamin and supplement list that I intend to take (hopefully Doctor approves) in addition to taking my prescription in which I will add in a different post as soon as I confirm my shopping list and not be so darn lazy to drive myself to the market. I've attached photos of the vitamins I will be purchasing on my day off 3/9/18, mentioned above. I figure the store picture looks prettier, and it has the price, and website. All my items will be purchased at my local Sprouts. I chose to purchase the liquid drops as you can see in the images. I have trouble swallowing pills. I honestly use a pill crusher in which I add a quarter water to a shot glass. Drop in the entire contents of my crushed pill. Mix it with the end of a utensil, and chug that bad boy back. It dissolves quicker in my body because its crushed. Or so I tell myself. :) Helpful Tip: If you have a sprouts within reasonable distance for you, and you consider purchasing the same items as me it would be best to search it via sprouts.com an add each item to your "add list" because it seperates the items by department.

Pillow ~ BBL Post Surgery (Dr. Hasan)
Let's pillow talk...
Has any of you dolls heard or have seen a review on a must have pillow to use post surgery? Not a BBL pillow for sitting, but lying down. I'm not a stomach sleeper so I have no clue where to start?
So I have the bamboo pillow which is firm for my taste. However, I'm looking for something soft. You know when you stay at a Holiday Inn or Hilton hotel and the entire bedding ( pillows, comforter, etc...) makes you want to slap someone because its so dang comfy? Well that's what I'm looking for in a pillow.
My deal breakers in a good pillow are, he can't talk back, he can't ask me why I need to get a BBL, and he has to know exactly how I like to spoon... lol...
I'm kidding...
I'm open to ideas. I need your help ??
By the way, it must be a long day because I wrote your screen name as "Nlove2017" and it has more characters in it... Excuse that.
