One year update!
I haven't been active on this app much but I have gotten some questions about Dr Dowbak and if she is worth it and I would say yes a million times haha. During the past year my weight has fluctuated a teeny bit (plus or minus 10 pounds) and I don't see too much of a difference from my initial result. Booty is still nice and full and stomach is pretty flat. I wish everyone luck in their journey. I am so glad I did this for myself.

It looks good. I’m up next on 1/25. I’m super nervous but excited. I’m not really over weight and hoping it’s enough to transfer. I do have a bra roll, back and a pouch though. Lol. I’m 5,4 148 lbs. I will be off work 4 weeks. Is that enough time. I want to be able to function normally when I go back to work so no one can really tell. Worried about sitting at work though after 4 weeks. Any comments?
