I'm 23 129.3lb 5'6, any persons lap I've sat on they've complained that my butt was too boney and I needed more meat. My highest weight was 145lb I was thicker fuller thighs, actual hips and a slight gut but STILL NO BUTT. I didd all the butt exercise and i just don't want to have to maintain with daily exercise. My wish a butt that pops i want to have an hour glass body with hips but i don't want a huge butt just a nice round one. So currently living in north florida I knew to get a good plastic surgeon I would have to travel to south florida were I'm planning on returning to in July to continue my nursing education. I setup appointments for consults with dr. Michael Salzhaufer, dr. Pascual which turned into Dr. Jeffrey LaGrasso, and Coral gables cosmetic center June 5th after my school orientation. Dr. Salzhaufer did my rhinoplasty in February 2013 and I got so many compliments i still think its a little wide at the base so I'm monitoring my year long results -.- mild swelling. My sister who is also a nurse agreed to care of me my family and my friends don't like the idea of the Bbl but my body my money.

A little confused
I'm confused so do we or do we not gain weight I've seen so many opinions on both I'm not sure which is right? I've purchased nutritional supplements and am starting at least one a day and see what my weight is at the end of the week goal 10-15lbs

im skinny like you, i would say same bone structure but i am getting implants and my waist made smaller cause us skinny girls will get NO results really from bbl... good luck!

Aren't you concerned about having to change them and the feel of your ass. Idk the implants seem to be the best for the skinny girls but I don't want to many foreign objects underneath my skin and will it rupture or deform after time like a breast implant?

No, butt implants have come alonnnnggg way and our pretty safe now if u follow the 6 weeks of strict healing you shall be fine. I already have breast implants and love them for the past ten years, they havent deformed and you can't even tell or feel that they are fake. Plus the butt implants is made of a solid soft silicone so it wont explode or rupture and will last for 20 years till I want them out :O)

That actually sounds like an option but ever since i had seen that video were that lady's butt implant flipped around I've been a little skeptical but let me know how the implants gaining weight is no easy task and how much will they cost you?

I recommand seeing a few different doctors.. One told me I needed to gain weight if I wanted him to be agressive with my butt. Another told me I had a good amount of fat. Honestly I think each other has different technics. One told me he will find the fat and not to gain weight... Good luck on your search. :)

Thanks I'm going to gain at least 10lbs cause its seems like a lot post pic when butts dont look as round as I WOULD LIKE IT and gained weight it goes straight to there butts. Instead previous problem areas

I wish I had that skinny problem too!! Lol I used to have that problem years back when sitting on someone lap too, they would say "ouch" your butt is too boney!!! lol No meat at all....well it is always a good thing to put on a few pounds because they will remove it with lipo and put in your butt. I also think you might be okay if they just take from your stomach (which is small) and your lovehandles. You are going to look great!

Trust in Dr. Salzhauer recommendations of gaining weight. I work for him so if there is anyone in this website who seen most of his work, it's me! I have seen so many with my own eyes both in pictures and in person. All my co-workers are solid everyday confirmations that I am in great hands with Dr. Salzhauer when I get my booty done. He told me that I need to gain about 20lbs (that's because I'm a bit underweight) but I don't question his recommendation one bit because this is my first personal round with getting a bbl and this is faaaaaaaaaaaaar from his first rodeo. lol

My concern is how permanent the results will be if I lose weight and go back to my norm and resume my normal earring habits. But since the fat cells are going to transferred into your butt then when you gain weight then it'll be more so in your butt then the areas you were lipoed right?

So I called and scheduled more consults; Perry Wendell and Coral gables cosmetic center in the first week of july YAY!And Moises Salama M.D and (probably will) Dr. Constantino G. Mendieta who charges an $100 and ill be pinching pennies since ill be moving back to the Miami in the first week of July while all my other consults are free. I start school the 2nd week in July ugh fees, books, studying and working. My sister is moving back to Miami in August and I'm going to the Bahamas in 2-3 mins so would love to get my butt prior to throwing another bikin on lol.

Hey..good luck! My sister had a consult w Dr. Salzhaufer & was instantly devoted to him. I think his charm & good looks has something to do w it!! I've seen his work first hand (in local strip clubs- on dancers) & he gives out donks from what Ive seen. They were all GREAT jobs. Just curious how does he not use drains?
