Having a very hard time getting my correct invoice from Jessica

I don't know what the problem is but i am having a very difficult time getting the correct invoice from Jessica to reflect our agreement for bbl surgery plus the recovery house at 6500.00. I have seen other girls invoices and they are very detailed and they had no issues getting their correct information. I'm very frustrated at this point as I have put in a lot of money towards surgery and travel. I've already deposited 4000.00 total to Vanity. I hope that she will correct the situation. I've already lost money having to reschedule my flight after she assured me that Fisher would be available on the date that I chose. I even asked several times if she was sure he would be there and sent an email stating that I was going to purchase non refundable flights to please let me know and I was told that Fisher would be my surgeon that day.
If she corrects the situation I will be happy to update this review in reflection of that but for now I am very concerned and feel uneasy that i have deposited so much money with surgery less than a month away while not having the correct info on my invoice for what we had agreed I was depositing the money for. I want to give Jessica and Vanity glowing reviews, I hope she can correct this situations so that I can start looking forward to my surgery now and not worrying about this.

Frustrated...
I agreed to send Vanity an extra 1500.00 towards my surgery and 500.00 towards a deal they promised me on the recovery house. This was all on condition that I got the recovery house 10 day package at a special price. Jessica assured me that she would send an invoice for both my surgery and the recovery house. I have only gotten an invoice for my surgery stating that I deposit 2000.00 towards surgery. I have emailed her and called the office, I am still waiting on the receipt for the recovery house or for her to change my procedure receipt to include recovery house stay.

You can always change ur coordinator. I started with Alexandria then someone else started calling me and then I started getting e-mails from Margaret so after communicating with all 3 in the same week I ultimately ended up going with Margaret.
And she's been wonderful. Not saying that Alexandria wasn't nice I just wasn't prepared 4 all the calls etc etc that they do.... I even threatened not 2 do the surgery there bc they were harassing me. I received 6 calls on 2 different fines within 30 minutes.
Hey, how did you change your coordinator? do you have to speak to the manager?

They are true hustlers at Vanity. But as long as you are aware. Be on your toes... And these reviews are perfect to keep you on top of it. I have Stefany as my coordinator and she told me if I pay an extra $1000 for my deposit they'd get me a FAJA worth $120. I said no thank you sweetie, I'm staying here at my budget for now. They must have sales contests for dollars booked because they all are smooth talking ... Lol

about receipts issues,tell her to fax them,that's what she did for me and I got them right away
