Long Time no Update!!!
Hey lovely ladies!!! Wow it's been a while and I'm glad to see everyone is doing fine. I for am enjoying my body. Hubbi and I are steady working out and running! I had my 3 mos appt and I told him( the doc) that I think I might want a bigger butt, but he said my butt was getting smaller because of the running so hubbi and I cut it down to once a week. I'm still lifting and squatting( gotta maintain that ASSets) well I have some pix. Oh by the way happy memorial day to you all who served and is serving this country. Hope y'all enjoy the pix! Hey all. Welp it's been a while and I've been here with this bod... Nothing drastic has changed continuously going to the gym and if I can't make it to the gym I'm running and burning fat... While I'm but I'm burning fat I'm drinking Ensure... Chocolate. So I hope you all enjoy the pix. Sorry I know I seem boring today I just don't have much to say.
Soreness
Ok so for those who is post surgery at least a month or so are you guys still sore like primarily in your back? UGH its still tight and Im thinking that why they said 3 months to heal not for the butt but for the soreness. THis really sucks! Please let me know.
