Hello ladies, I have another counseltation 2nite. After this I will definitely be able to decide on a surgeon. I have 2 I'm going back and forth with. I talked to one doctor's secretary and she said I was a good candidate after I sent my pictures. She then wanted me to leave a deposit for the surgery. She called back again asking for the deposit now let me remind you that I still have not talked to the doctor at all. Is this normal? Will a dr. schedule you without even talking to you first?

Now I just wanna scream! I live in Ohio & I can't find a surgeon with decent after pictures that I like and not to mention the prices here are all over $10k! I really wanna go to Miami but the price is racking up when I factor in everything such as recovery house & massages. I would like to find a surgeon close to home but I can't. Can someone please help me? Has anyone has success with surgeons in this region? I don't mind traveling like 6 hours or so. I just really got caught up in the great prices in Miami.

check out homeaway.com. i saw that they have some seemingly affordable housing. maybe that will help with your expenses.

I came across this website that will tell you if your surgeon is board certified or not. You will have to register with an email address and then enter the dr. Name, state and city. http://www.truthinbeauty.net/
