Today is 21 days post!

Today is the third week. I can't stand that lipo foam!!!! It makes me hot, stick and itchy. I've tried my best to follow the doctors orders BUT I had to alternate the foam for a thin waistband. My skin couldn't breathe under the foam! I still feel a bit uncomfortable during the day but I'm praying I start feeling normal again soon!

Yessss we hit a milestone!!! 3 weeks post op!! Yea im trying to follow orders to but that hard lipo board is hell..the foam doesnt bother me but that dam board...omg! And my garment so loose..im looking for someone to do an alteration..buuutt this lady was like u gotta find a shop that had elastic thread..im like shldnt yall hav that here 4 this kinda stuff? Lol...well looks like i gotta buy a new one. I guess vedette 929..geesh! Other than that how r u coming along?? Are u sitting???
NOT sitting! Working and standing. Whe I sit I'm on the booty buddy by Dr. Miami. I am coming along pretty good. I just found someone here who can do my massages so I'll go to the first one (since the drain removal) today. We'll see if that makes me feel better!

OMG I feel the same way and I'm only 10 days post op!! That and only laying on my stomach is driving my back crazy!!! Idk if I'm going to make it to that 6 week mark to not sit or lay, I'm trying to be good but it's giving me the blues!
Ikr..ive cried a few times cause i cant drive ..get tired easily..oh and going to the bathroom..omg! I dnt hav booty buddy so im sittn on knees whn im up ur on stomach! n it has been hard. But this what i wanted and he said recovery wasnt gone be easy.

I use the triangle at night along with the ab board. I was tired of walking around at work looking like a wrestler! All poofed up!

Still In a lot of pain. Water is good to drink but the Gatorade really puts the electrolytes back into my system and make me feel better...
