@sweet Temptation...I lost the weight by using HCG, a very strict diet, and a mean cardio regimen.

You look great! How long did you need to take off work? I want to have a BBL. I want to know how long I will need to take off.
@betterbody4me....I took 4 weeks off because I wasn't sure how I would heal because I have diabetes and the healing time is slow...However it depends on the type of work you do. I work from home as a claims processor...I honestly think 1 or 2 weeks would have been fine for any desk job. But if your walking around all day I would say 2 weeks or more cause all the movement will agitate you and your body will swell.

I feel great...I love my natural looking results however I am still very swollen. I can see dat one side is more swollen than the other but its only noticeable when naked. Tummy is a lil lumpy and hard but it has decreased tremendously compared to what it was before. Sometimes I have sharp pains down my back. Other than that the recovery is going smoothly. Went in the office to work cause I had system issues at home..I took a bathroom selfie.

did you have any comments from your co workers? Can you share as I work among women and don't want the catty ness. As a Supervisor have to maintain my professionalism. I only told three of my coworkers.
