So far I've gotten a lot of insight on Real Self and I'm so grateful to learn so much in so little time. I'm schedule to get a full body lipo- with. BBL from Dr.Valls and I'm super excited and nervous at the same time so to keep my nerves down I'm just continually doing my research and learning everything I need to know about this experience.

Is Imagens Plastic Surgery a Fraud and What is Jolie Plastic Surgery
Hi ladies I have to ask a few questions because i have a surgery date for September 19th with Dr.Valls and I'm worried at this point because I called to ask a few questions today at imagensplasticsurgery and a lady told me they had no info on me and I've paid my deposit and have spoken to a few ladies who claim to be coordinators and one lady emailed me and said sorry I missed your call and she was from jolie plastic surgery but I gave my deposit to imagens plastic surgery. & the lady I spoke with today from imagens stated none of the ladies I've spoken with or who took my deposit work there. I'm so confused at this point. & I can't get a hold of anyone who can help me. Can someone tell me something about this clinic Jolie now that someone has contacted me via email but mind you I've spoken to ladies from imagens since may when I paid my deposit and now I have no surgery date or anything but I have a invoice from imagens but no surgery date or anything. Please someone help me.

Imagenes changed their name to Jolie Plastic Surgery around the third week of May. The doctors are the same. I paid my deposit and the next day they had a new name, so I understand your concerns. Ask to speak to one of the supervisors, so they can clear up the billing/invoice issue.

And before imagens they were Eres/Vanity it's really mind blowing that they've changed their names so many times within a years time plus their employees seem like they can't give accurate information on patients information from the change. All they wanna keep saying is their contract is up with imagens so call the Jolie location doesn't seem like the company changed names it seems like imagens is still a company and Jolie is a new location from the information I received from a young lady. Their just so unorganized and it's a hit or miss when you speak to someone for sure.

Yes, it is very frustrating. I feel your pain. The lack of communication and disorganization is crazy. All I can say is do your research on your doctor. Once you have your surgery, you will feel a lot better.

They used to also be called Vanity but after a death of a girl having a bbl procedure done they took the "Vanity" name out. I have called a few times and most coordinators sound so uneducated and unprofessional. Can't stand listening to them.

You need to be very careful there is a lot of fraud people out there trying to pretend like they're something they're not

Ladies Do Your Research and Listen to Our Gut Feeling
I was about to go full throttle with a full body lipo and bbl at imagens/Jolie/eres until I met a lady who has been in the plastic surgery game for 21 years and she advised me not to go through with the surgery because my life would be on the line more than expected meaning, this particular clinic is not safe. Some people come out with nice end results and some do not, but would you rather come out with nice end results and a healthy future because anyone can cut anyone open especially doctors who are MD certified and not cosmetic certified. Experience is key yes but signs of the matter are more important. Signs of this clinic changing names due to law suits one too many times, and doesn't even notified the patients about company changes. I just found it very strange that I made a deposit with imagens and months later I call to speak to the lady I made the deposit with just to ask questions that I had on my mind, I'm being told that I do not even have a surgery date my phone number isn't listed and so forth so I'm confused at this point. & I call back and get an answer from another lady stated their contract was up with imagens so everything transferred over to Jolie plastic surgery. BIG QUESTION MARK! This is my third time hearing of such that they have changed names and companies 3 times within one year. So I went into more detail of research of someone who went there and told me that a lady was told in front of her, that no doctors had any deaths and come to find out some doctors have had deaths within history but by law you are supposed to inform patients of that knowledge and explain but instead these ladies lie and will have you on the run around. & I normally don't even do bad reviews but this is just an honest review and hopefully I can save someone by this because I sure did save myself in this case. Cheap surgery prices or your life. Think about it. God bless u all

I do agree! I was initially scheduled to have my procedure Aug 2017 (when they were Eres) initially with Dr. Calva, who i now here isn't there anymore!!,When I heard of the untimely death of Ranika Hall I pulled the plug. At that point it was wayyy to many signs for me to go another route...So I demanded my refund and even that was a struggle to retrieve, smh. I want the bbl badly but at what cost? I want to LIVE.. m

Hey there. I totally understand your concerns on safety. I loved in Miami for many years and did my BBL there. I actually am going back to do my second one. My Dr. is double-boarded with multiple years of experience with the same clinic. I have a review for my first BBL with him 5 years ago and am going back for a second this year. The pricing is WAY better than ATL pricing. I cannot believe these people paying $10k+ when they can go to just as good of a surgeon as mine that less half the price.

You're absolutely right! I had my surgery schedule for early next year. I paid deposit. Did more research and started to get about my decision. By the grace of God, I spoke to someone and they're refunding me in full. I was lied to, they told me dr valls was board certified. Too much dishonest with this place. I just could not risk my life.
