12 weeks! Ups and downs

$7,900
So I’m at the 3 month post op mark and still really happy with my results. Recovery is no joke I still suffer from swelling if I have any alcohol or sodium. It shows mainly in my stomach and lower legs and feet. I just got over the holidays which meant a lot of swelling because of bad eating and lots of drinks :(. I decided I have to take better care to avoid these things and not compromise my and Dr Bs hard work so I’m off alcohol and sodium by cooking all my meals and cutting out alcohol completely. In 3 days I’m down 2 lbs from the 5 I had gained since early December. I still wear my faja religiously except maybe twice a week when im going out and wearing something fitted. They were taken in 1.5 inches total 3 weeks ago and I was immediately in the last hooks so I needed to take more off actually l still also use my side foams and AB board. Will continue to update. Wish me luck on the new healthier journey. Oh and I’m back to working out as I had struggled on that as well. Dr B is an amazing sculptor and overall caring surgeon.

I've decided to get a BBL next Oct. with the amazing Dr. Blinski. I'm 34 5'2 148lbs no kids. Spoke to Dr.Blinski several times by email and once by phone (he answered his phone during their Holiday Party :)) His response time is no exaggeration. Emails were responded to always less than an hr personally by him and the day I called bc no one answered the office phone he picked up and still spoke with me for 10 mins. Having seen pics Dr. Blinski believed I would be a good candidate but it was important for me to see him in person for a consultation and he agreed that's the only way to be 100% sure. I get to the office Monday afternoon and luckily it was empty because a surgery was cancelled. I was in with Dr. Blinski within ten mins and his staff is utterly professional friendly and HONEST. We chatted for ten mins before he even looked at me, discussing health regulations regarding Bbl going over my prior medical history and smoking habit :(. After the physical exam joined by Jackie before I could point out most of my lifelong flaws Dr. Blinski was already naming and noting them in my file. It's like he was reading my mind but he really is just an experienced well trained top notch plastic surgeon. Whether or not you like his bluntness is for you to decide but I don't understand why anyone putting their life into a Dr.s hands wants things sugarcoated. He's a funny (dry humor which I love) honest hard working man. Best way to put it, Seinfeld went over A Lot of people's heads. lol luckily I wasn't one of them. He's Definitely not rude! Brutally honest yes but very soft spoken and confident in what he does. He and Jackie looked at my pics and said only two were realistic. I appreciate they take their reputation more seriously than numbers of patients churned out. He even told me upfront I may have rippling bc of sagging lower belly fat from losing weight previously. No one else mentioned this. It was such an easy and comfortable decision to go with Dr.B. We chatted for about another 25 mins after I got dressed about how he takes his accreditations seriously and wish young women would be more careful with choosing surgeons. I feel the same way when I read some reviews on here. Ladies take your time when deciding and really try to meet the person in advance so if you don't feel comfortable, before you feel rushed into a procedure bc you paid.

you look very natural! are you wearing the compression at all times on the smallest way? i wore the faja the foams and a waist trainer with my binder over it. my waist is now a 26 and before surgery it was a 32
I wear my faja religiously day and night with my AB board back triangle and foams on the side. I had a foam wrap around I love but it’s too big now and I need to get the Velcro adjusted. I don’t know my current waist but I was around 30 a month ago and since had my fajas taken in by 1.5 inches however since that alteration I’ve been on the last hook. I was afraid to take too much and it not fit lol. I prob could remove 2 inches and be back to the first hook but I’m going to wait one more month. Thank you very much for the compliment! Dr B def listened but I’m going to follow your tip because I’d love a 26 inch waist. ;)
