I simply can't believe it is possible to run this type of unorganized business. I have been calling this place for 3 weeks now. The staff asks me the same thing over and over after being told the exact same story. In deciding to do something as serious as surgery it is common sense to do your research as I have & found this Dr. seem to be pretty good however how in the world do you get pass his staff. I know Miami is a HOT city and is known for plastic surgery but I think when some Dr.'s get so big headed and still have the business flowing they loose track of how they got there & how to stay there. I think as a Dr. It will be important to me to take time out and read your comments and take heed to them. You can only stay the best if you treat your people like you care about them and your business. As humans all some of us care about is looking good which is OK but PEOPLE PLEASE care about how you are treated as well!!!!!

I noticed that too! The girls taking business calls are upstairs putting patients on hold to order lunch! Surgery is nerve wracking enough without the stress of being disorganized.

I was pissed a few times. I have read some positive and negative reviews about DR as well. I have lots of self respect. I am a nurse so I understand how demanding patients can be and how crappy healthcare providers can be. PS is a whole differentent ball game. Spectrum is coming up short on customer care, but they got a Top surgeon who consecutively does quality work.

Many people are willing to deal with the shortcomings of the staff to look and feel good. After all the end result is the major goal. It would be nice to have both, but if you can get both at Spectrum, you definitely gonna have the best outcome as far as how you want to look.

I was frustrated before I even reached, and afraid, because of my dealings over the phone. But I just decided to relax cause my plans to have a TT was going so smooth and they had my deposit. I just want to be encouraging cause I have the post experience results as well, and have seen the work of the PS done on staff an return customers during my time there. I keep it real; the management of the place is a bit unorganized. I believe they have good and bad days. They are friendly though and my results are bananas as one of my bestcfriend

I did a review tonight. RS sent me an email say that it will post within 24hrs after review and approval. I have before and After pics. I have tried to post them, but I'm using a phone and it keep saying function denied due to low memory. I will keep attempting. Once my review is posted.

I hate the way the staff operate as well but I am scheduled for surgery June 13. Their not going to run he away he does amazing work the office isn't amazing and I been seen that since I pit down me deposit and that's all I'm putting down till the day of surgery because I don't want any problems lol

I totally agree with you ladies, as a patient of theirs! Also, in their defense, ladies a flocking into Spectrum for a new look because of the price and the work they do!. I was so frustrated while I was there. The staff is very young and lack true professionalism, but they are nice. Also, the Surgeons do amazing work! They are not looking for people to fix, people are piling into there office for elective surgery, not because they are I'll.

Bottom line, the price is right, and the work is on point! The staff is not doing the surgery! The surgeons may be grandiose, but I've seen mothers and daughters in there. Spectrum will never be short of customers!

They are clean and safe! They have customers from all over. The Surgeon's are aware of the disorganized front staff, but they also know more people than less are most concerned with what the Surgeon's can do! Just because some people know how to put the disorganization of the ladies up front, doesn't meant they have less self respect. They just keep a different perspective b

If you can get pass the unorganized staff, I truly believe you will be happy with your results! Trust me all that you are saying is spool true, but I have no regrets, Dr. Ortega is an Artist! You can get Great work elsewhere as well, I've seen lots of great work on this web site, lots of choices. I just chose Ortega cause the price and the expertise. He's got 4.5 for the amount of clientele is pretty good. That doesn't even include the satified customers who didn t write a review, like myself!

After getting pass the staff, I have paid my deposit & booked for June. I have been slowly buying the needed items. Haven't decided on a stay as of yet, I have been getting a lot of ideas from the RS fam. The hubby is coming so I liked the pics and reviews for Best Western Premier (Got the idea from RS)....but I'll keep looking & decide soon. Well the countdown has started & I'm taking my Iron pills 325MG to get my numbers up from 10.5 (I know low) but praying all goes well. My coordinator is Emily so we'll see. And I switched to Llorente...Any needed info please pass it along, I need it! Ta-Ta for now:-)

What have you gotten thus far? I do have my own pain meds. When I had my tummy tuck the Dr give me morphin pills for pain and I never use them all. Plus I was going to bring some sheets and towel , so I don't totally mess up the hotels.

Great to take the iron supplements, also organ meats if you eat it, beef and chicken livers, and oysters. Try not to do your labs on or just after your lady days (that's what I call my period) lmao. Also you can check HH at any lab test now for the low after taking iron for a few weeks and if it's still low take it 2x a day. Best wishes

OK, So I just recvd a call from Emily at Spectrum and told me Dr. Llorente will not be doing my surgery 6/9, and I'm switched to Dr. Alvarez!!!!! I've been reading the reviews so I'm going to stay positive. 30 day countdown, still taking my Iron pills trying to get the Iron up!!!!!! NERVOUS...........

Wow same thing here! Emily called me and said Llorente won't be available and switched me to Alvarez for my TT 5/26/16.....I don't kno how Alvarez works is....this makes me nervous! wats ur surgery date? How do u feel about the switch?

I'm staying at a hotel since I'm only getting my stomach done. I'm still nervous too...about him though! The reviews I saw wasn't amazing changes like Llorente:-( so I'm hoping and praying he snatch my entire waistline!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both of my girls did the Liop & BBL but no drains were used.
