I can't believe they're a business! - Miami, FL

I simply can't believe it is possible to run this...

I simply can't believe it is possible to run this type of unorganized business. I have been calling this place for 3 weeks now. The staff asks me the same thing over and over after being told the exact same story. In deciding to do something as serious as surgery it is common sense to do your research as I have & found this Dr. seem to be pretty good however how in the world do you get pass his staff. I know Miami is a HOT city and is known for plastic surgery but I think when some Dr.'s get so big headed and still have the business flowing they loose track of how they got there & how to stay there. I think as a Dr. It will be important to me to take time out and read your comments and take heed to them. You can only stay the best if you treat your people like you care about them and your business. As humans all some of us care about is looking good which is OK but PEOPLE PLEASE care about how you are treated as well!!!!!


After getting pass the staff, I have paid my deposit & booked for June. I have been slowly buying the needed items. Haven't decided on a stay as of yet, I have been getting a lot of ideas from the RS fam. The hubby is coming so I liked the pics and reviews for Best Western Premier (Got the idea from RS)....but I'll keep looking & decide soon. Well the countdown has started & I'm taking my Iron pills 325MG to get my numbers up from 10.5 (I know low) but praying all goes well. My coordinator is Emily so we'll see. And I switched to Llorente...Any needed info please pass it along, I need it! Ta-Ta for now:-)

Doctor changed......

OK, So I just recvd a call from Emily at Spectrum and told me Dr. Llorente will not be doing my surgery 6/9, and I'm switched to Dr. Alvarez!!!!! I've been reading the reviews so I'm going to stay positive. 30 day countdown, still taking my Iron pills trying to get the Iron up!!!!!! NERVOUS...........

Help with Hotel choice!!! Best Western or Fairfield

RS, can someone please tell me which Hotel would be the best to Book with......Best Western Premier or Fairfield Inn & Suites?????? Based on cleanliness & Amenities not location. Please Help, I read the reviews for Fairfield but Best Western doesn't have any..........but I'll prefer to hear from someone that actually stayed there. Thanks a bunch!

Anyone stayed at Candlewood in Miami

Hi all, I'm trying to get an review for anyone that stayed at Candlewood????? I see they have a kitchen and larger sitting area, so I think they will be good for my family during my SX.....Please advise

Which is better RS????

I'm now trying to decide between where to go to get my Lymphatic Massages......I have researched Natasha from Sapphire Therapy or Marian from Medical Massage Professionals? Spectrum has offered but reading the reviews it may be better to get them on my own......PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Bloodwork Back.....

I am so happy to update my Hemo level is 12.5 (YAY) and everything else was good. My EKG was normal. My PCP has cleared me and awaiting for clearance from Spectrum. I am 17 DAYS away.......Hotel booked & waiting to get the last few items. Not to bad for a Woman that has struggled with being an Anemic for so long.....Those Iron pills are the truth!!!!! I'll keep you posted RS........

Anyone want June 9th date?

Hi RS fam, I am scheduled for SX with Alvarez on 6/9/16, but just learned my daughters graduation (5th grade) has changed to the 9th on my SX day. Is anyone wanting this date in exchange to a date not too far off? Maybe the 13th of June or even before the 9th would work.......Please let me know
