Hey adnite, thank u!!!! I bought that one from a local store here....only wore it two days cuz the garments were wreaking hell on my thighs...when I went to the Dr....Annaisa stated it was good for after 6 weeks but not at the time so I bought the one they sell in the smaller size I needed...once 6 weeks hit I will be wearing that one...the material on the butt is very light it does not compress at all but the top part fits uber tight

Today I went to go get the drains removed..they removed the front three (THANK GOD!!!) and left the back one in, which doesn't bother me dat much. The toughest part of this whole process is the drains...so I feel like a brand new person!!!! I bought a new garment because it was time to go down a size and that last garment was tortorous.I hated it.

This whole journey has had its ups and downs. I am no where near the end of it but I do want to acknowledge and say thank you to Annaiza, the dr that does the immediate follow up...she has been very gracious and attentive; she will answer any calls or texts whenever; so I felt/feel relieved because I can get panicky....lol...

I am posting pics up....I am 12 days post op...when I came out of the operating room I had a fat booty...Dr. P did an amazing job; however it kind of 1/2 way went down :( hoping it fluffs back up a little more in the coming months...didn't really want a humongous one just wanted one that looked lifted and perky really....I am still very swollen but in my garment I look awesome! :) The doctor shaped me up nicely so it compliments my previous figure however my main concern was the booty and its too soon to tell the outcome....

Will post new pics when I am a the one month point....I am comparing these pics to my initial consultation weight...not pre op weight because I gained 12 lbs to make the most of the surgery so I was looking chunky! lol

ETA can't post pics:( phone is broke and won't allow me to email pics to myself to upload...will do so as soon as I can..

So I am on my 2nd day post op....man I wish I would have tried lunges instead...this operation is no joke...the first day was absolutely miserable; the second day was a little more bearable just try to walk as ,much as u can..I have not been icing as much as I should...I need to get on that, but I have been walking and since it is a holiday weekend I don't get my chair until Wednesday. I have been taking vitamins, my antibiotics and eating soup...although I have not been very hungry. I am so thankfful I have my mom and my brothers girlfriend here to help me, I don't know how folks have managed without someone around.

You look amazing Pre Op!!! What exactly are you struggling with. You know you can text Annaiza at anytime if you have any concerns. How much fluid are draining?

I am struggling with sleeping mainly...the positioning of it. Everytime I time try to move a little it something feels likes its relocated in my body. I took off the garment today and there was place on my stomach that looked extra bumpy and wrinkly, pretty scared now. Can't do anything until after tomorrow.

Oh don't worry about that! You are still very swollen and the garment tends to wrinkle your skin a bit because there is so much compressed into a tiny garment. When your swelling goes down the wrinkles will too. The garment will also leave prints (indents on your skin) for the same reason. That will go away too. If the garment is irritating you try to put on a fitted cami or something soft between your skin and the garment. That'll also help w the wrinkles or marks. Ask Annaiza for foam or a board when you see her next time. As for sleeping. It's difficult. If you can't relax take Motrin (ibuprofen) and your ambien or your pain pills. Ibuprofen also helps w swelling so that's a plus. Try sleeping on your side. Or what I did was sleep on the couch. I put a barstool at the end of the couch. I put my head on the barstool (w pillow) and then put pillows in a slope from the stool to the couch. So I would essentially be propped up and kinda kneeling. It helped so much. This might cause your legs to swell. If so, elevate your lower legs. Your knees would touch the couch and your legs and feet would be up on a pillow. From a side view you should look like a check mark.

Once your drains are out you will be able to sleep better.

December 30, 2012
I am doing good thank you...just can't wait to feel like a real person when they take off these drains....due to the holidays I have to wait until Wednesday :( such is the timing. I have been getting lymphatic massages and it does feel like it is helping with the drainage.

i will be adding sum after pics as soon as I get the drains removed. Do not want to be photographed having two balls...lol...the pics I have up were from August, I decided to gain 10 more lbs to make sure I had enough fat for surgery.... so I was thicker right before surgery....but thank you guys for the compliment
